Today is my 5 year anniversary at HTMF! I couldn't be more thankful for this incredible place. As a mom of 2 in my mid 30s, I'm stronger now than I've ever been! The workouts are challenging and exciting every day and Mark and Zeny believe in me and push me to do things I never thought I could. Come join this amazing community, you will be hooked from day 1!

I'm a former college track/cross country athlete at the D1 level. Came here to maintain my fitness level and stay in peak shape. The workouts are incredibly difficult if you do them properly. This will give any athlete a run for their money. Great coaches and great people all around. Looking forward to being part of the family they got here. 11/10

Tried the free week sessions they offer and absolutely fell in love with it on the first day! Zeny and Mark are the best! They have such amazing energy and spirit. They make sure you know all the exercises/ workout stations and help you every step of the way. I felt so welcomed and everyone in the class was helpful! If you want a great workout with results definitely come here! You'll also be apart of a workout family that will help you reach your goals and set even bigger ones!!

My gym instructor is the type of trainer who ensures her clients perform each exercise and plan correctly in order to avoid injury. Her experience is extensive, but what she brings to her work beyond expertise is a genuine ability to listen to a client's needs in order to assist that person in safely achieving her goals. I can't say enough great things about Hit the Mark Fitness! I've been a member for numerous years and have never done the same workout twice. The trainers push you to be better every day! Even through COVID they made it work with outdoor workouts. Best gym ever!

I started working out here in August of 2020 and it's changed my life for the better! The coaches are amazing and push you to be the best version of yourself. Welcoming gym for all fitness levels. They have knowledgeable and dedicated trainers that actually make working out fun. The best part is there is no thinking required. No trying to figure out what exercises to do. No wondering what rep or set count is best for you. Everything is pre-programmed and all you have to do is show up and do the work. I'm in arguably the best shape of my life at 41 years old thanks to htmf. They also offer a free week. How can you beat that? There's nothing to lose except some weight and body fat. ;)

Absolutely love HTMF! I've been going for 6 years and counting. The trainers are amazing at holding you accountable and pushing you to do your personal best. They are also very accommodating to all fitness levels. Each workout is different making if fun instead of repetitive. The members are friendly and we all encourage each other. I couldn't imagine working out anywhere else!

For a really long time I have struggled to loose weight and going to the gym because It was so intimidating to go by myself. Finally decided to go to HTMF and was blessed with Mark & Zeny (amazing trainers) been coming to HTMF since late January 2021 the trainers have changed my life! They have made it more comfortable for me to go to bootcamp, given me so much knowledge about fitness. I've lost a little over 10 pounds, I feel healthy, happy with lots of energy... and I owe it to them! I can't wait to see where my fitness journey takes me.

I found HTMF via a random Facebook post and I decided to give them a try in November of last year. Right away I felt this was a great place to workout. I love the vibe, everybody encourages each other and the instructors are very professional and they push you to get stronger every session. I recommend this place 100%!

I don't think I've ever gotten my heart rate so high, and actually had fun doing it! The trainers are accommodating and personable and the energy keeps you motivated. Variety of workouts, never boring. Great music Focused on keeping everything clean and sanitized. Highly recommend this boot camp.

I have been working out at HTMF for about 2 years. They are so amazing and can accommodate all fitness levels. During Covid when all the gyms were shut down they offered Zoom classes 6 days a week and now offer outdoor workouts 6 days a week. I love that I have morning and afternoon times to choose from. It helps me stay motivated and consistent. The trainers are so fun a and motivational. They change up the workouts everyday so you never get stuck in a rut. So thankful I found them!

This place is awesome! Everyone is so friendly! Mark and Zeny always text to check in to see how your workout went, reminding you to stretch, etc... If you miss a few days in a row, they check in to make sure you are doing OK. If you want an accountability partner, they are it. On top of it all, you would be supporting a local, small business. Side note, they have a strict cleaning policy following CDC guidelines during pandemic. Trust me when I say, you won't regret it! Join today!

HTMF is the best bootcamp gym around ! The trainers are so motivating and always push you to go the extra mile. I found a huge difference in my strength and endurance since joining this gym, in addition to the physical benefits of getting toned. The workouts vary every day and you'll never do the same workout more than once! Each day targets different muscle groups for the variety that you need. Mark, Zeny, and Dallian are the best!

I have been coming to HTMF for over 5 years & I LOVE IT! Everyday is a challenging, intense yet fun workout. Mark , Zeny and Dallian are very supportive and always push me to be my best.

I never thought I would be a “gym person,” but Hit The Mark Fitness has changed that! Now I’m one of those people that looks forward to their workout every day. 1 year ago I joined HTMF. For 3 of those months I attended the 5am class and enjoyed starting my day that way. Then I joined the 5pm class and found it to be a great way to release frustrations from my work day and a healthy way to keep work separate from home. Now, I workout via their recorded zoom videos. These past 12 months have been amazing for my physical and mental health. Ever since a short 3 months with Hit the Mark Fitness I have noticed a serious improvement in my endurance and strength. With the help of the wind bike, weight training, and micro-muscle focused workouts I have DECREASED my outdoor mile distance time from 8:53 to 7:21. This drastic change seen in my mile time is all courtesy to the training at Hit the Mark Fitness. Not only does my decreased mile time prove that their training gives you statistical results, but my overall physical strength and heart strength have increased astronomically. I am now about to go run my first marathon and finish up

I love Hit the Mark Fitness. It's such an amazing environment to be in with such energetic people and trainers! They really work with you to target all areas of the body, and keep you on track when you are working out. The best part is that you don’t have to think of workouts on your own because they will already have one planned out for you. It’s fun and a great place where results are guaranteed.
