Provence is a multi-disciplined real estate management company specializing in multi-family assets. Decades of knowledge stand behind the responsible top-level services we offer our residents and property owners. Art Lieb came to work at Provence Real Estate in 2010 as the Director of Operations.

In this capacity, Art oversees the entire property management operations including leasing, marketing, maintenance, financial performance, reporting, human resources, IT, and investor relations.Art has over a decade of experience in property management, starting his career as a leasing manager of a student community in Gainesville, Florida.

I am sending a WARNING TO EVERYONE
DO NOT MOVE into this companies' apartments and you might want to look very close at their homes. I have lived on one of their properties for a year and currently the floor is falling out from under my feet, the walls are separating from the ceiling, the cabinets are falling off of the wall... and more. The only thing the apartment management told me to do is move. They said, " you don't seem happy you should move"....they won't fix it!!! Even gave me a letter saying they won't fix it. Even with a lease that doesn't end until the end of March they told me to

My A/C unit has been out out for over 3 days!! The temperature in my apartment reached 90 degrees. They left me in my hot apartment for two days before they put an portable window unit in bedroom. My living room is still unbearable. It is absolutely unprofessional that they Are not taking this seriously!

I live at Stonecrest mill apartments in Lithonia off of Evansmill road the ceiling fan fell on my mom head called the office no one came to my mother's aid sent an email no response next step legal action this is ridiculous and very unprofessional. My mother now is having head pain she hsd to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM.

I live in one of the communities in downtown Atlanta, and I NEVER get a response to emails or the new text message system that the property manager has implemented. There are only 42 units in my building if you can't manage 42 households you need to be removed.

I am in a dangerous mold environment
my unit at covington glen lease is up on January 31 2021 due covid 19 I was unable to put in my 60 day notice on time to vacate the premises. I have tried everything in my power to have the agent reconsider us not staying a additional month due to the conditions of the living space .. but the agent is not taking us serious I tired taking it a step further by calling corporate just to have the agent give me a call and rudely informed me to stop calling her boss & I also received a threat in my messages that stated “ it’s best if you just shut your month

We'll out of two properties I only ever received one email back after a week to schedule a viewing. Then the leasing agent was a no show. They never answer the phone. Getting in touch with the office won't happen. The leasing agent did call 15 min after the scheduled time and told me he doesn't answer the phone when showing s unit to someone else so he can give his undivided attention to them. Admirable but leaving someone else standing on the street wondering if you're going to show isn't exactly the trade off in customer service I'd choose.

NO STARS......Moved in to Chelsea Place September 20th. There were roaches, holes in the wall, heat did not work and someone stole my car..all in the first 30 days. Police could not obtain camera footage to prosecute my neighbor who did the theft stating " our security cameras are run by a third party vender and we are having difficulty obtaining it" . This is what the detective was told. Our stairs are broken and have been broken for 1 week. After many calls they still have done 0 and up until this date have not been fixed. Diguesting apartments! Trash everywhere furniture and clothes all over parking lot. My friends first day of move in the apartment was not ready had food still in the fridge and cabinets, tampon on the stairs old dry cereal in the sink upstairs. And empty light fixtures throughout the house, no blinds on the windows and paint all over the floor. Broken cabinets and mold in the freezer.

They contract people out to do jobs like painting and cleaning the units and they don't pay. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do any work for these crooks...... I don't want the even give them 1 star. They don't return phone calls and are very unprofessional.
