Magnolia trace Appartments give you everything you need. Spacious rooms, closets, living area, kitchen, patio, and very beautiful surroundings including lake, swimming pools and fitness center.

We have been at Magnolia Trace since March of 2018 and we absolutely love it! They have a wonderful staff that has always helped me with any questions, concerns, or issues I may have had over the years. We recently got new floors put in and that was an amazing thing!!! The location is great and also more quite than some. The amenities are also really good. 2 car wash stations, 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, dog waste stations around the area, a walking track in the middle surrounded by a pond. Moved into this place in June (from Austin,TX)and loving it so far,love my patio facing lake and the administration is active and responds to maintenance work even on weekends.Very cooperative staff and a nice community, neighborhood is the nicest and safest in Alexandria.Could not have found a better place to live .

The location is perfect and they also have great amenities! However, it would be nice if residents who live upstairs were more mindful of the residents that live below them. And if management took the time to actually address these issues with those residents directly when multiple complaints are made.

Gates stay broken, dirty pools , and yes I woke up to rain water coming through my ceiling, soaking my furniture and floor , also coming through my bathroom vents.Took the front office weeks to fix so this was a repeated occurrence. Now I am pretty certain I have black mold growing on my ceiling in my living room that maintenance has tried to paint over. The cracks in the sheetrock from the building settling and the black Oooz from around the air conditioner vents inside my apartment gives it a lovely and wonderful touch. Don't move here .

This is the worst apartment ever like literally we been staying in here since February of last year and have made 13-15 complaints about our sink and it be the SAME problem over and over and they never actually FIX the problem .. the maintenance people never clean up after themselves whatever mess they make youâll have to clean it up and the âgated communityâ isnât worth nothing the gate barely ever works and the area isnât safe theyâve had multiple accidents with cars being broke into , packages being taken off porch etc . The amount of money you pay staying here is definitely NOT
