Tried to move my mother in these apartments and we haven’t even been here a full month just to see the washing machines and dryers in this complex do not work. How do you rent over 200 units and have nowhere for them to wash CLOTHES?? And not find it a issue. I’ve been told these washing machines and dryers have been like this for months. Ridiculous.

I dont like making bad reviews but this is long over due and iv giving so many chances. Been issues before we even signed the lease. Only been here since April. Manager is so unprofessional. Lack of communication and lies is all we have gotten since day one.Doesn't return emails or answer the phone. Units need major repairs and they half fix things. For $630 im so disappointed. Iv called the company over them with more excuse. They don't even know the half. I have so many pictures and emails of issues and no responses. And none of the washers or dryers work for months. The charge for water is ridiculous

Very old, everything is unleveled, clear tape covering holes and painted over, big rats coming through open holes (no lie). Water is unsafe to drink because its almost ALWAYS yellow. Even when not yellow the water taste almost like rust. When I dont have bottled water I have to boil it for good clean tasting water smh. You WILL need a water filter or bottled water. Locks are not secure. Paper thin walls. Can smell everything neighbor cooks, smokes etc. Water is ALWAYS shut off without notice, sometimes close to all day. They have a park behind the apartments but I wouldn't if I were you let my
