Poor communication; I provided a down payment in December and still haven't received a move in date or anything, it's been longer than 3 weeks and every time I call they say they will call back but yet to do so. I have tried to be patient with them and im in a critical situation. They tell me one thing and do another,, not very responsible landlords and ive been had my payments ready...
