A certified personal trainer for over 16 years, Dan has helped hundreds reach their fitness goals and lead happier and healthier lives. Dan started lifting weights at the young age of 10 and fell in love with it. He could often be found in the library checking out every book and magazine he could find, soaking up all knowledge he could.
Our reputation for excellence comes from a passion for helping our clients achieve their best. We are successful because we utilize efficient, intense and fun workouts. We don't follow fads, we study the science and build structured, applicable, detailed and customized strength training programs. Lifting weights is where it's at and we teach you step by step on exactly how to do it properly to achieve the body you want.
Dan is 100 % committed to getting results for his clients. People are shocked when I tell them I am over 40 years old and have had 3 children. I am 4 sizes smaller, 30 lbs lighter and in better shape then I was before I started having kids. Dan Ellis is an amazing trainer. I have been training with him for over 8 years.

I have worked with Dan Ellis for 13 years. I have found him to be reliable, skilled, and knowledgeable. He constantly works at continuing education and applies all he learns to his sessions. He has led me through significant weight loss and helped with strength, fitness, flexibility, and mobility. He has also helped me through several minor injuries. As I age, I can't imagine not continuing my work with him to keep me as young and alive as possible for my granddaughter.

I started personal training sessions with Dan last year and it's been hugely beneficial to my workout routine. Dan shared his deep knowledge to make sure I exercised with good form, pushing my body further without risking injury. He also advised me on nutrition, writing up a lengthy guide, and gave me monthly workout routines. You can't do better than Dan if you're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable trainer.

I highly recommend Dan Ellis as a professional physical trainer and coach. I have been training with Dan for over 10 years! Dan constantly increases his knowledge base with continuing education, professional certifications and he is a voracious reader of new and old training techniques. Dan individualizes all programs to fit his clients current needs and goals. This is unusual for a personal trainer. Dan dedicates a lot of time to each of his clients and makes working out a fun and rewarding experience. I can’t recommend Dan enough.
