I have always struggled to find a workout community that was able to keep me motivated and engaged for longer than a year. I am going on 2.5 years and still never know what is in store for me! My body is the strongest it has ever been thanks to Shawn and the team! They push you to be your best. I am signing up for another 2 years because that is how confident I am with Inspired Life Fitness!

The workouts are hard, challenging, fun and after 2 years I can say that no class has ever been the same. I've always been hesitant about group classes but I have never had so much fun working out! I've taken classes from both Tiffany & Shawn, & all I can say is WOW. No workout is the same and they have a variety of class sizes with a wide age range of participants. Hands down the best torture ever! If you're looking to get it shape and have fun doing it, then I highly recommend ILF.

This is a true community. The owners are authentic, encouraging, and great motivators. The workouts are intense but you set your own pace. 4/5 stars because as a busy mom, I just can't dedicate a full hour (plus driving) 2-3 times each week. If you have 1-1.5 hours for workouts, you can't go wrong here!

I had heard about this gym for a while and a few months ago after a friend joined I decided to take the big plunge and join myself. I wasn't in shape but wanted to become that way. Shawn saw me where I was and has been motivating me to keep on working out. We do circuit type workouts with body weights and weights and biking, rowing, all together and it is a community of positivity. Check them out- you won't be disappointed.

ILF is an amazing community. I first started at ILF by taking a few in-person classes a couple weeks before Oregon's "stay at home" order was put into place. I was quite impressed with the quality of the workouts, the coaches (Shawn & Tiffany are fantastic!), and the overall energy of the place. I was concerned when they had to temporarily close their facility, that my time with ILF would come to an end, but that hasn't been the case at all. I went to my first class at ILF one year ago. I have always loved to work out and tried many different gym's, classes and personal training. I was out of shape but a friend invited me, I went I didn't feel out of place or self conscious at all. Shawn and Casey truly care about where you are now and where you want to be! ILF has become a weekly part of me and my husbands life. I have never had the same workout going multiple times per week over this year. So if you are totally out of shape or a fitness rock star you will LOVE this place!!

It's easy to find a gym. However, the quality of a gym is directly related to the quality of the instructors. Having been burned by a few other places that didn't have knowledgeable staff to effectively help me following an injury that resulted in surgery, I was ecstatic to find ILF. At first, I was skeptical, but my concerns were very quickly put to rest. Not only are Shawn and Casey motivating and knowledgeble professionals, they are clearly experts in this field. They are quick to give me exercises when I need to modify and I never feel discouraged about the modifications. I am thrilled

ILF is absolutely the best. The workouts are challenging and never the same. You'll feel welcome and part of our tribe the moment you come in and join us for a class. I've know Shawn for 6 years. He and his wife have become my friends, my inspiration, and have helped me achieve my goals. Shawn pushes me when I need pushed and is always there to support my family and I. I would highly recommend ILF, whether it's for friendships, an awesome challenging workout or some mental health therapy. You'll be glad you did it.

When I workout I want to sweat...a lot. I want to smile, but I also want to make that grimace face of determination. I want to leave the gym honestly knowing I did the best I could today and that tomorrow I'll be stronger. At ILF I get all of this and I get the encouragement and community from instructors and other gym goers. This is an in and out, "hold onto your Metcons" kind of experience. Shawn starts on time and will squeeze in one more closer in the last minute of the hour! Each workout is unique and challenging while being expertly planned and fun!

This is the best (and most challenging) workout! I feel accomplished and energized after every 5:30 am workout . Shawn works with all levels so everyone feels comfortable and welcome! The atmosphere is like a happy family. So much better than a big gym where you're just a number. Love this place!!!!!

ILF is one of the best workouts I have ever done. The classes are a great size- up to approx 15 or so people, and Shawn and his team give individual attention to each person to make sure their form is correct and that you're working hard. Shawn will push you!! I've been going for 2 weeks now and I've already seen results. The heart rate monitors are SO cool too!

Boot camp is the best! Shawn is amazing! Great motivator. He texts me after every class, helping motivate me to become the best version of me! I love that extra touch!
Boot camp is hard but good hard! It pushes you but in a productive way. Its addicting because you wear a heart rate monitor and you are always trying to beat your personal best.
You spin instead of run, which i love. I could spin all day. Every class is different and everyone is there for the same reason as you!

Shawn is a fantastic trainer and an even better person. He truly cares for his clients and wants them and helps them to achieve healthy, reachable goals.
The classes are challenging and varied every time. There's always some bike time then some floor time with weights or bosa or slam balls. The hour passes by quickly and is not really competitive. Instead other members cheer each other on to reach for the best they can do. There is a lot of commaraderie vs trying to beat the other guy.
