The Quad
As a small family gym, we are uniquely positioned to efficiently maintain sanitary conditions and social distancing. Your health and safety are extremely important to us, and we are strictly following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting the facility. The Quad is a gathering place for friends to come together and connect in a fun and relaxed environment.

We train everyone, from high school and college athletes to silver sneaker members. Everyone is welcome and will feel supported as they embark on their fitness journey. We are in this together! So, MEET US AT THE QUAD move your body, lift some weights, get sweaty, and accomplish things you never thought possible!
Services
Our small group classes are designed to build flexibility, strength, and conditioning through highly varied and challenging workouts with the goal of helping our members improve their physical well-being and cardiovascular fitness. Classes are based on functional movements and include elements of gymnastics, weightlifting, rowing, kettlebells, dumbbells, body-weight exercises, and more.
After thousands and thousands of hours training and coaching people to be active and healthy, I started noticing some gaps in the mainstream fitness industry that were holding me back from serving people in the most impactful way.

So we set out to create an entirely new system of personalized training and group accountability that would not only provide our members with all the coaching and support they need to succeed, but that would ultimately create an environment where achieving your health and fitness goals is as simple as possible.In other words, we created The Quad to be the only place you need for Fitness, Fun, Commitment, and Community!
The Quad was created out of a passion to support our community on their journey to stay fit and well throughout life. There is no timeline or deadline for beginning your journey to functional fitness. That first time you step into the gym may be in your teens or early 20's or it may be in your 70's.
Crossfit is a training philosophy that uses a wide variety of movements that are similar to those you use in everyday life. Although not a CrossFit affiliate, The Quad's training philosophy aligns very closely. The Quad gym is set up to be a tight knot, close community of support and encouragement to help each member hit their goals and strive for new ones!
Coach Erik is the Master Trainer and Lead Coach at The Quad. His goal is to help athletes get the most out of their personal training, so they can take their game to the next level. Watch the video to learn more. The Quad is proud to offer personal training for athletes. This included high school and college athletes looking to get on a serious fitness plan.

I'm a member here and just wanted to comment regarding the Jessica's review below. She is not a member and has for some reason posted photos that are inaccurate. Anyway, just wanted to let everyone know what a great place this is and that the photos with the clean open space and nice equipment are the real photos. Cheers all!

The Quad in Beaverton is a great place to workout. It fosters fun with great workouts. They have new equipment and the place is sparkling clean. The members there are engaging, supportive, and competitive with their workouts, in a fun way. I have seen some pictures out there that claim to be the Quad but those messy ones are NOT this company. As I said before, this place is sparkling clean. The coach is top notch. He watches and drives you to success. After workouts are a friendly hash of the workout and maybe share a beer. It truly is a one of a kind gym with one of a kind people. Stop by and
