I love Rolling Stars; so much so that I drive 25 minutes just to get their bagels. It's extremely disappointing, however, when you get home and find burnt bagels as part of your dozen that you pay $18 for. I would like to say this is the first time it's happened but there's at least 1-3 burnt bagels in my dozen every time I go. I understand bagels can overcook but throw them out - don't serve them to your customers! It's really disappointing to have to throw out something we pay for, instead of you serving quality cooked bagels every time.

Their bagels are legit!! It's the only place I've found outside of New York that makes bagels like this - tough and shiny on the outside, chewy on the inside. The french toast bagel was awesome!! My only feedback is that I don't think the table service is necessary - I think people expect to order at the counter and find a seat in a bagel shop. While the server was very friendly, the process just felt inefficient for such a quick-turn kind of place.

I never write reviews but thanks to Rolling Stars, my kids eat bagels now. They ONLY eat bagels from this place. They are chewy, double the size of other bagels and fresh!!!!
Waitress I had was so helpful and super nice and all the recommendations she suggested was so delicious. Their portions are big, price is reasonable and everything they had was freshly made from scratch. Thank you Rolling Stars, keep up the good work!!!!!

Excellent breakfast spot! Had a spinach tomato and feta omelette and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned. Had plenty of all the ingredients so worth every penny. The fresh squeezed orange juice was a delightful treat. Coffee was strong and delicious. And then there was the fresh made bagel - I died and went to heaven! It was huge but very light - not dense like most bagels. Definitely going back to try more of the breakfast and lunch selections!

Really tasty bagels and I like the size but we have ordered (amongst other flavors) chocolate chip bagels from here three separate times and they never have visible chips in them. It's like, 4 chocolate chips. Very disappointing. Blueberry bagel not strong in flavor either.
I can understand a one-time fluke but this feels consistent.

Stumbled across this bagel spot just to be in and out really quick and ended up viewing life differently after trying the French Toast Bagel. (I got more than 1 & the walnut raisin spread on a side)

Great year and half old restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Great bagels baked fresh daily. I had the Brooklyn Fresh Nova Sandwich which was spectacular. Our waitress Amy is among the friendliest I have ever experienced. My wife found this out of the way West Chester delight and brought me back today. We will return many times.

Really great place to stop by and grab some coffee and a bagel. Haven't dined in yet so I can't attest to that, but their takeout options are fantastic. They make humongous bagels. I'm always stuffed if I try and finish a whole bagel sandwich. My son loves the colors on the rainbow bagel. And my wife (who drinks coffee everywhere) tell me that their cappuccino is delicious. Everybody will leave stuffed and happy.

This review is low for the shear reason every business is facing, not enough staff. You walk in and there are only people at the counter who told us to just sit anywhere. We found one table for our family of four that was mid cleaned, as if the person wiping it off got called away. We waited a long time for drinks and it was just a lot of people and even more chaos. This is a new location so we will give them more time and go back. The food is worth the wait, just be patient, don't punish the staff for being under staffed. It is happening everywhere.

Gave these guys a try this morning, even spoke with the owner, who is totally awesome. My problem is, I always order everything bagels and judge my bagel biting on two things:
amount of "everything" on the bagel
If toasted, is it crunchy?
My everything came out with a minimal spattering of flavors and it was barely toasted. It wasn't busy at the restaurant, and the bagel was not cheap.
I would def go back, very clean facility, small business trying to make it these days, I am only judging the quality of the fare.

I used to love this place but they consistently get my order wrong. I ask for well done bacon and egg bc I'm pregnant (specify this explicitly over the phone every time) and it continues to be completely raw to the point where I either have to take the bacon out and reheat or throw the sandwich away. This has been the past three times now so I'm pretty sure I'm done with this place.

Disclaimer: I am no bagel expert. Not even a regular bagel enjoyer. But in my opinion these bagels were nothing special. Very large and pillowy, slightly chewy and certainly fresh.
My "everything" bagel was mostly plain - super light on the everything. It was... okay. If you ask for butter, beware. Today at least, they were heavy-handed even though I ordered "light on the butter, please".
Easy in & out - a definite plus in West Chester. Maybe their table service and sandwiches are better. Overall, sorry to say it didn't

Rolling stars offers a great, quiet ambiance to eat breakfast or meet for coffee. Their bagels are not AS good as a true NY bagel, but then again, nothing compares to a true NYC bagel shop. I got the Refresh omelette and the flavors were good although it had a great amount of mozzarella in it which was surprising! Overall a good experience.

On the recommendation of friends, I stopped at Rolling Stars bagel place! I'm from New York originally, and have high Bagel standards. 😂 Oh my gosh, I can't believe I'm still in West Chester?! Everything here looks amazing and Jayden, the owner, is very friendly (even though he was too shy for a photo). Take a peek below at the amazing offerings! I found out about Rolling Stars today from a life-long local who knows I love and miss authentic NY specialties like bagels! I was skeptical hearing this place is the real deal and that the owners make amazing bagels and spreads, along with the best coffee he's ever tasted. I stopped in Friday morning to grab a dozen bagels to go and to see what all the Facebook chatter was about. I got there around 8:15 am and was about the fourth person in line. There was a table of four sitting in the restaurant eating breakfast but most people were ordering to go. As a high-risk individual, I was disappointed that they didn't offer curbside service or the capability to order and pay online ahead of time but maybe that service is on the horizon. But, I'm always looking for a good bagel so into the store I went.

Hubs stopped into this new local place to pick up lunch for us and the kiddos.
PRO: sandwiches were good. This provides a nice alternative to the big chains. Location is convenient, easy in and out
CON: although the staff were friendly, the manager was not. They didn't have things in stock (makes sense) but she wasn't friendly about it at all. He was trying to make a decision on what to sub with and she was not kind. Bagels weren't labeled...she didn't want to help him. Not sure how he was supposed to know
