Pride Counseling NW
At PCNW, we truly believe that human beings are healthiest and happiest when we are living our lives authentically and connecting with others in ways that feel safe, meaningful, and real. It sounds so simple, and yet, so often, we find ourselves feeling hopeless, helpless, disconnected, and "stuck."

It is PCNW's mission to provide people with the tools they need to live more authentic lives, heal the places that hurt, and connect with others in ways that create a sense of belonging. We enjoy working with couples, individuals, and families from all backgrounds and circumstances.
Services
We are a private pay group practice, which means our clients pay us directly (cash or credit card) at the time of their appointment. We can provide the client with an invoice, which they can give to their insurance provider to receive possible reimbursement for out-of-network therapy. We also provide clients with a sliding fee scale, which varies based on family size and monthly income.
Thank you so much for your interest in Pride Counseling NW! When we begin working together, we will set up an initial intake appointment, where we will meet for about 50-60 minutes, signing some paperwork, discussing expectations, identifying some goals, and getting to know each other. We are looking forward to meeting with you!

I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone use their services. I went in for a specific purpose and it should have been a completely easy process. It has now been months waiting to get Amira to do as she said she would. After leaving multiple voicemails and getting zero response I started emailing with the clinic front desk, I have been strung along for months and am clearly still being strung along. Oh she will have it done this Saturday, a week or two later nothing. Oh she took care of it and will email a copy hopefully today, 2 days later.

Amira often does not show up to her appointments. This is extremely frustrating as she doesn't inform her clients, you just show up to a locked door. She is very sweet, but absolutely unreliable.

Amira has been an incredible help with my mental health. She’s helped me to work through many aspects of my conditions, and is the best therapist I’ve ever had (I’ve had a good few).
She’s always been consistent for me and quite communicative. Absolutely wonderful aid.
