My family and I have lived here for several months and are very content here. Maintenance issues are resolved in a timely manner and the maintenance staff here are friendly and courteous. Hats off to Christina and the girls for coordinating tasty food trucks and fun community events! Thank you! The office staff is always polite and attentive to our needs. Rent is affordable for the area/school zone and the property is kept clean. This is probably the best apartment I’ve ever lived in. Since moving in back in January it’s been nothing but positives. The maintenance team is speedy and efficient, the front office team is super helpful and down to earth, and the property is gorgeous. Could not have asked for a better home and will definitely be renewing at the end of my lease term.

We just moved in. This has been, hands down, the nicest experience we have ever had with apartments. The apartments are great and they have very friendly and helpful staff. The complex is in a safe area of town for families. They offer workout gym, car wash, place to play for children and even your furry friends. We take swims in the pool at night and its one of our favorite ways to relax. We look forward to living here! Jacob Marlett

I moved here about a month ago, and I have had the best experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues I’ve had since move in have been repaired very quickly. The actual apartments are beautiful, and the grounds are well kept. It is a safe and quiet area, and I couldn’t be happier I chose Foxland Crossing! I have nothing negative to say.

This apartment complex is wonderful. We are blessed with kind neighbors and great amenities. When we have maintenance issues, they are resolved quickly. The staff is kind, understanding, and helpful. I love walking around the complex and pond. We also really enjoy the food trucks that are here periodically. We are thankful to be a part of the community here!

In our 6th year now. Living here has been a wonderful experience. One of the reasons we stay is because the apartment is so comfortable and nice. We love having people over because the interior is so impressive. We always hear "wow, this is nice". The grounds are maintained meticulously and consistently. The number one reason we stay year after year though is probably the staff. They seem to genuinely care that we continue to stay with them and do what is necessary make sure we don't have a reason to leave.

These are the best apartments I have lived at thus far. Parking is not an issue, the apartments are very spacious including garages, nice interior design. They have a great staff that responds quickly and effectively. They enforce the rules and overall make it a great community for everyone. The neighbors around me are very respectful as well.

Never move here they have mold in the apartments and When I moved in I had a big gaping hole in my storage closet and did know why- Neighbor said mold and she had to move. Also the manager you never get to talk about any problems that go on here. The only person that you are able to talk about is Brandi who is somewhat friendly at first then turns really unprofessional.
This is a very prejudiced community against minorities because I was a victim of it. I was evicted after trying to pay my rent when I lost my job. They would not give the time for my church to help me pay rent -I was given a deadline

Hey guys, my name is Maggie Cartwright. I currently live in V303. I just want to say that I am very impressed with this apartment complex so far. They are very professional and I love how I can do most things online such as pay rent and request for maintenance. At my last apartment complex it seemed that I was always in the office constantly either complaining about something or having to come in to pay rent. I love it here. Apartments are very clean and spacious! Also a very good price. They are in a great location and a gated community. The management staff is very nice and accommodating. They have a lot of different events for their tenants as well. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.
