My husband and I lived in Marina Pointe a few years back. We were there for several years and rented a 2 bedroom townhome originally before moving into a 3 bedroom townhome the last year we were there. Lisa was the Manager at that time (may still be), she was extremely friendly and always went out of her way to make sure we were happy. We LOVED the pool there and spent a lot of time there on the weekend. Pool was never too crowded and fellow residents always seemed to be pretty good people, so no complaints there. We own a restaurant / bar in town and just now recommended one of our Mixologists

As we were preparing to Move into a beautiful Townhouse in Marina Pointe, we met with Lisa who was MORE than accommodating and her capacity for COMPASSION was 2nd to none - rare in this Industry. I do not need to get into the details - but before even getting the keys, Lisa went above and Beyond to make sure my new growing family was comfortable with the process. Unlike other Complex's....there we no "hidden fees" or false promises. This facility truly has a gem with Lisa on board and we're VERY excited for our new chapter as part of the Marina Pointe family!

I absolutely love Lisa, she has been awesome but in all honesty these apts are overpriced and the $40 fee to pay your rent is ridiculous not to mention the pro rated water bill added to your monthly rent. The rent states $1425.00 but we haven't seen our rent less than $1500.00 since moving here in March 2020. Also the maintenance work takes forever! I put a dishwasher notice about 10 days ago and I'm yet to have had it come checked out. Also there is a pool but with the covid19 were yet to have tried it. Oh and 1 last obnoxious thing about these living spaces they have NO lighting in the bedrooms

I just read a review from 2 months ago and I am experiencing the same issue. I moved out over a year ago and this weekend received a letter from a law office stating that I owed over $500 in fees (no fees attached which is interesting). This is literally the first that I have heard of it. They have my forwarding address and the same phone number but NEVER attempted to reach me about anything after I moved out. Then this. I would avoid this place like the plague. Something very shady is going on. Also, I put down a $500 security deposit so this is another $500 plus on top of that and again, no explanation

Wonderful place to rent! The Manager's name is Lisa. She is so nice and friendly. All the office staff is friendly. There are alot of birds around the area, but I love the sounds of nature. So peaceful and relaxing. The apartments are spacious. The grounds are well kept. The maintenance supervisor's name is Tonie. He has a very nice attitude and is super friendly! He responds immediately to emergency maintenance issues. If you are looking for a spacious apartment with quiet living conditions and a friendly staff to assist you when needed, then this is the place you been looking for! Just outstanding

Wish I could give negative stars. Yes, there is NO maintenance here. We lived here for 3 months in the summer with NO AIR CONDITIONING! Maintenance came out 5 times and even admitted we needed the unit replaced. But Lisa in management said: "At least it is blowing air, I'm so happy it is blowing something." It was blowing hot air! They still have not replaced it and we moved out after having NO sleep for 2 months! Don't even get me started on the brown recluse infestation here! After complaining 4 times with no help we paid for our own pest control, even though these apartments charge you monthly
