This place is horrifically disgusting mold and mildew in every single bathroom random holes in the whole place roaches everywhere the play area should be torn down kids shouldn’t be able to play on that. They mow the grass more then they would help someone the ladies in the office are extremely rude nobody ever answers the phone and if something is broke they take 5+ days just to come look at it do not recommend this place at all too much money for this dump also the trash always overflows where we’re forced to pile up trash bags at the stairs if I could’ve left no stars I would’ve

It started off ok but when there's a maintenance emergency after hours or unexpectedly during the weekend, you won't get any help. The hot water heater went out yet again when it was supposed to have been repaired already. I go to reach out to maintenance not being told their policies, just to be met with rudeness and disrespect. I have small children in my home and giving them cold baths should never have to be an option. After being told hot water isn't an emergency, they preceeded to acknowledge what unit I was there for and say they don't have to do anything about it. Mind you I wasn't rude

Worse apartments i have ever lived in! Kids can't play outside without getting attacked or their things stolen from them and broken. The pool is always closed along with the gym. Honestly wish we would have never moved here! They need to do something about these kids running around doing what they want and attacking other children because the police can't do anything about im told. Also you can't set anything outside with out getting stolen or broken! Its just a horrible place to live and I don't recommend it to anyone especially if you have kids! Also they have one dumpster for over 100 apartments

The leasing manager, Danielle was very kind to my family. Bringing three kids to fill out an hour worth of paperwork was stressful. She insured me everything was alright multiple times. She's very sweet and patient. She guided us step by step with the application process. She called us immediately after leaving to let us know that we were approved. We can't wait to move in and start this new adventure! My kiddos loved the playground. My overall first impression was 5 stars!

I’ve lived here going on two years never had an issue have great neighbors and if something messes up we get It fixed rather quickly. The only bad thing I have to say is people here don’t respect other people things, my car has been damaged more then once. And also I referred someone and I believe she spoke with Danielle and she didn’t receive such great service which sucks cause I personally have never had a problem.
