They changed management recently and the office manager is so unresponsive. My AC went out and my apartment was 85 degrees for 5 days. They gave me a window unit that leaked all over my carpet and peeled the paint off of the window sill. I called the office to talk to the office manager and even left a voicemail and no one bothered to call me. I had to call corporate to get anything done. The girls in the office are really nice but I feel like management doesn’t care and is just trying to make a quick buck.

Applied here after Morgan in the front office had made it sound really promising that we would get approved. Then before we even got the chance to bring out paperwork proving we had paid off our rent debt we knew would affect our credit check they had told us we were denied and not to even bother bringing it in. They gave us the reason of, "credit and rental history" which is literally what we were bringing proof that we had paid it off. They wouldn't let us speak to the regional manager or attempt to resolve the issue whatsoever. Terrible office team. Honestly glad I won't have to deal with them

They ripped me off!!!. I applied to rent an apartment. First of all they didn’t tell me that they were going to run a credit check, which cost me 200$ And brought my credit score down. plus 200$ To hold the apartment. 2 weeks later i tried to cancel the application they said i can only refund me the $200 back. when the times comes they refused to refund me my $400. They lied to me. Pay close attention before renting from them.

Lived here for 6 yrs now , went through a 2 year maintenance lull, then all of the sudden it's back to normal! The roads inside apartment complex are degraded and need repaved!! Rent seems to always go up 30 a year which is unpleasant and I am considering moving due to increase especially if they hit us with a increase after all the hardship covid -19 has caused. Oh yea the floors , not good at keeping the sounds of walking down. The ceiling creeks and pops anytime the renter above just gets up and walks across their apartment, very umpleasant. Ove lived here 5 years. Its gone downhill fast as far as staff friendliness and willingness to help. Apparently my broken dryer is of no importance. I have waited with wet laundry for over a day but they dont care a bit. The mamager made it clear with her tone that i was bothering her. I wont renew here. Plenty of new places opening.
