Samantha, the front office agent, has been the most personable and friendliest person to work with while helping my mom secure an apartment. She worked with us while we were both in Colorado, answering all of our questions promptly and helping us through all technical difficulties. I have been so thankful for her, she is great!

My experience was amazing. I needed to move in right away due to a problem with a different company. Luckily they had a unit available that was perfect. The property manager was amazing and made it so easy for me to move in the same day. The apartment was clean and well kept. The apartment is up to date with appliances and fixtures. Overall this place is amazing and would recommend to anyone who needs an apartment.

Loved this apartment complex. Had a beautiful view of downtown Waukesha on the 4th floor. The management and staff are friendly and understanding. For example, I signed my agreement and shortly after they had a special for $300 off first month's rent. I asked if I was eligible for this and the manager didn't even hesitate. They also allowed me to extend my lease for 1 more month, and again the manager was understanding. I would definitely recommend living here. If I didnt have to move back to my home state I would have stayed!

My husband and I showed up at the leasing office 2 days ago and the leasing consultant Samantha Lanigan actually went ahead and showed us an apartment and she was so personable and really good at her job. We really enjoyed the time we spent with her and everything that she showed us was very nice and impressive. She does really new all of the information and was very polite and friendly and respectable. And my husband and I really appreciate that.

I have lived here for going on two years now, and I cannot wait to leave this property. My first year in the 303 building was great - never had any issues. Moved down to the 300 building last spring and it has been a nightmare ever since. I regularly cannot get into the buildings garage because the overhead door does not work. The tenants above the apartment have been loud and disruptive since day one, but according to the leasing office there is nothing that can be done despite numerous complaints. For anyone like myself that works overnight and sleeps during the day, look somewhere else unless

My husband and I have lived here for about four years. We love it here! The apartments walls are thick enough that we hardly ever hear any neighbors. We are walking distance from downtown. And not that far of drive from Milwaukee or even Madison. There is also a country feel to this place with all the lush green areas and the birds. Most morning, I am greeted by their songs.

I have lived here for 3 years and just signed another lease for year 4, this has been a great experience for apartment living! Whenever there is an issue or concern that I bring to the office it is rectified as immediately as possible and taken very seriously. They have also gone above and beyond with helping, when I don't get home early enough to get packages from the office they will deliver them with no hesitation. Overall I would recommend living here to anyone!
