Because we are not a regulated financial institution, we can move quickly, and can close loans in two weeks. We service our loans in house. You will deal with a single point person to process draws and other loan administration matters. While our cost of capital is typically higher than commercial banks, we move faster than banks and are less expensive than hard money lenders.

We are experiencing strong demand for our bridge loan product as commercial banks have reduced CRE lending or are unable to meet borrowers' closing timelines.
Our process is designed to meet the needs of borrowers seeking flexible capital to refinance or acquire investment real estate. Transaction Types: Purchases, distressed/discounted payoffs, cash-out refinances, rehab, construction completion, and other situations that are time sensitive or otherwise unbankable.
