My husband and I would like to express our appreciation to Todd and Jeannie for helping us with the sale of our condo in Stamford. The building is for residents over the age of 55 which definitely reduces the amount of perspective buyers in that age bracket. The pictures for the website were amazing and we had quite a large turnout to see the apartment. Amazingly, within just a few days, we received 3 very good offers, resulting in a quick sale, at full price. They were available, extremely organized and a delight to work with. We would reccommend them to any who are either looking to purchase

I had the absolute best experience with Todd and Jeannie. I had been trying to sell by condo for over three years and firmly believe that it still would not have been sold if it wasn't for them. The condo was at the lower end of the market during this super busy real estate market. I was treated as though I had a multi-million dollar home. Awesome realtors! I'm so glad I had Jeannie Kasindorf on my side. She evaluated our home, helped stage it, took amazing photos, marketed it well, priced it perfectly and helped us as one buyer flaked out and then negotiated us to a deal with a second buyer.
