Our property management services break down into three distinct pieces, on-site property management and supervision, financial services and reporting systems, and administrative services. Each of these can be tailored specifically to the property owners needs. Taken together they provide a comprehensive management plan, ensuring professional and prompt service.
We represent both buyers and sellers in realty rental and sales. We provide transparent and prompt service to our clients whether they're seeking to sell their properties or to buy new ones. We guide them through the sale process as well as coordinate showings and open houses. Tony is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Stamford Board of Realtors as well as the Stamford Multiple Listings Service.
This information is for tenants who are currently leasing units directly from AJM Real Estate Services. Unit must be vacated on or before lease expiration date. Move-outs must be scheduled in accordance with rules and regulations of the complex. Any fines for non-compliance to move-out guidelines will be deducted from the security deposit.
