Our one-bedroom apartments offer up to 799 square feet, while our more expansive floor plans, like our two-bedroom or three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes, span up to 1,460 square feet.

Well, just got done writing a very long and detailed review of why I do not recommend Eden apartments. But, then my child hit a button and reloaded the browser. So, to sum it up, just don’t live here. They are crooks that don’t stick to their word. Money is literally all they care about. Don’t fall for the niceties. There are way better places with availability. We now live at a place that is way brand new, nicer, larger, and $200 cheaper.

We really enjoyed our time at Eden. It is well managed, I always felt like the front office was clear and timely in their communication. Any maintenance requests were taken care of quickly and efficiently. The complex is clean and we enjoyed using the clubhouse and gym (do wish the gym was a little bigger). We loved the pantry in our floorpan and the quality of the apartment overall was pretty good. We also enjoyed having covered parking the $10/month was completely worth it for us.
If they had larger floorpans available, we would have most likely stayed at Eden. Ours got tight pretty quickly

Completely out there for your money. We found an apartment for much cheaper so we canceled our unsigned lease. Apparently they use your security deposit as an “application cancellation fee” so you don’t get a dime back. They’ll probably respond to this saying how they make people aware of this. They do not at all. Also once you get to the point of signing your lease, there is suddenly a $300 fee for absolutely no reason. Just added onto your first months rent.
Pretty sad that a complex just wants to take poor college student’s money. Just stay away from these people

When I first arrived at Eden I was warmly welcomed at the front desk. Rachel sat down with me and was both cordial and easy to talk with as we went over the few details for my wife & I moving in that very afternoon. I would add also that when we were looking for an apartment, I was very pleased that Eden reached out to us in a spirit of helpfulness before we could even call the office after applying. They have always been helpful to my wife & I ever since. 👍👍

I want to first start out by saying that my experience with the staff has been absolutely amazing. They are very friendly and the maintenance staff are wonderful. Snow removal is excellent and the complex is very well run. My apartment is beautiful and I have never had any problems with my apartment or the staff. I would give them 5 stars however there are a few very negative things, but it’s not the office or staff fault. Parking is very difficult, if you come in after 7 or anytime on a Sunday, you will have a very hard time finding a place to park. I’ve been asking about renting a carport

This has been my favorite apartment complex that I have lived in! I hardly hear our neighbors so I feel like it more sound proof than other apartments in the area. It is apartment living, so you do occasionally hear your upstairs neighbors walking, but not enough to bother us. Our neighbors that we share walls with I never hear though! I also feel like the quality of the apartment is very good. It’s also so easy to make it look cute. The maintenance employees and office employee are always so pleasant as well!

Incredibly friendly staff makes you feel at home. During my relocation from out of state they were there to answer and assist with any questions I had even if I called a thousand times about the apartment, clubhouse, billing or anything. Also the grounds staff and maintenance are very friendly and the entire property is well taken care of and very updated and new. The clubhouse/gym area is clean and well kept and looks good and inviting during the cold months. Moving over from Hawai'i the staff alone reminds me of home so it definitely feels good to be here. Me and my wife had been looking for an apartment complex to stay at in Rexburg for months. We never heard back from the multiple complexes we applied for so we tried the Eden's, before we even finished our application they reached out to us and signed us up. We left Arizona to move in as soon as possible and it gas been a great place for us!

ANTS! We found ants in our apartment within a few days of moving in, apparently it's an ongoing issue in and above the clubhouse where our unit is located. The office staff wouldn't do anything to help with the ants. We found multiple other issues including a broken dishwasher, in our first week of living here. Have had communication/ maintenance issues with office staff. Only 1 small area for kids to play. For the price covered or reserved parking should be included.
