We liked our apartment, but with the change of new ownership rent went up $75. During the change it was such a hassle to pay rent. Most of the time when I would try to go into the office they'd be closed for meetings, so I had to sit and wait or come another time. Kinda frustrating.
The pet fees here are high, and they can still refuse. The requirements for pets, even Esa, are a list long and frustrating.
There was a patch of carpet on our floor that had been torn up or something with the tack strip sticking through and we emailed about it as soon as we moved in but never heard back.

If I could put negative stars I would. The management here could care less and the maintenance is poorly trained, late, and unavailable. They will increase charges without notice and typically have no explanation for it. You only get one parking spot per unit and the parking lots are tight. I’ve had to take work off to make myself available for their maintenance, and throw away hundreds of dollars worth of groceries with no reimbursement because the maintenance was “unavailable” to fix the fridge. We went four months having to relight our water heater every day before they replaced it.

My husband and I couldn't find housing and something opened up here so we applied and when we first talked to them they said it would be $925 a month and we could move in Dec 15th. Then, when we got the paperwork to sign a contract, the price showed $1250 and a month and that we couldn't move in until January 15th. My husband is an international student and has to be in Rexburg for school. When my husband called and talked to them about it, they were rude and wouldn't own up to the lies they'd told us

I do NOT recommend.
Office management (based on my experience) does not follow the protocols they have outlined in the lease agreement. The staff I worked with could not be trusted (again, just my experience).
The lease agreement is poorly worded.
Buildings are in good condition, though they are not new.
Maintenance staff was fast, friendly and professional; I never experienced an emergency need for their help.
Example (move out):
The management provided me a 90 day notice.
I then found another place to live, and was able to provide them a 5 week notice for move out. They apparently did

The apartment itself was spacious and well maintained. The property was clean and well kept. However, the management was dishonest and difficult to work with. While we were living here, we acquired an ESA. We received a prescription from a doctor and fulfilled everything that was required of us on our ESA application. After all this, they tried to charge us the usual pet fees even though it is illegal and acknowledged in their lease. If we hadn't known the regulations they would have knowingly and willingly stolen $300 from us.

This place sucks! The good reviews are only on here because the complex bribes it’s residents with money off their rent if they write a good review. Horrible. Everything breaks. Management is soo rude hung up on my wife today. My wife called the emergency number because the sink was leaking underneath spewing out water all over our kitchen floor. When she called it rang twice then they hung up on her. She called again and the lady said “the man is on his way!” Then hung up. They are horrible. Just put for money. Don’t care if you are living miserably. My wife and I make sure if anyone asks
