Services
At Cambridge Court apartments we have a 1 and 2 bedroom layouts available. Both layouts provide a cozy atmosphere that makes the apartment feel like "home." These apartments are unfurnished but come with several appliances. Each apartment is equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, and, dishwasher.
A: The tenant is responsible for gas and electricity utilities, which is estimated at about $20 each per month. All other utilities are included (water, sewage, garbage, internet, etc.) A: Yes, but you must have the required documents submitted and approved before housing the animal or you are subject to fines.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we have really liked it here! The apartments pretty simple but are clean and decent looking. It’s a nice area. The prices are pretty decent for rexburg. Our only complaints we have had are the parking (there’s not always enough spaces for our two cars) and the laundry room (it’s a bit pricy to do laundry and there are always a lot of machines out of order). Overall we’ve had a great experience here and would recommend it.

My husband and I moved in almost a year ago and we love it here! We are so impressed with management. They are quick at responding to maintenance requests, plowing the parking lot in the winter, and taking care of the complex overall. Our oven broke a couple months ago so we submitted a maintenance request and they came over and fixed it on the same day! We have lived at several other apartments by far and this apartment is the best in terms of management and price. The only downsides are that the walls are thin so sometimes we can hear neighbors, the internet is can be slow, and I have not been

Can’t beat the price
We have lived here for 3 years because it really is a great deal. We have a two bedroom end unit and have been pleased with the space in our apartment and extra window. Management is quick to respond and friendly. The only downside is that you are only guaranteed one parking space.

Good place to live. They do a great job keeping up with the grounds, plowing snow in the winter and trimming plants in the summer. The space is good (1 and 2 bedroom apartments) for an okay price. The management are easy to work with and quick to resolve maintenance issues. The internet is terrible, which is probably the biggest downside of living here. Everything else is good. I've loved living here and would definitely recommend this place.

We love Cambridge Court! We’ve lived her for just over a year now and love the management. They are always so kind when we have questions or might need help with something and we have always loved our neighbors! And a MAJOR plus is that they provide shovels in every stairwell during the winter and plow the parking lot regularly. Definitely would recommend if you’re in the market for a new apartment!
