One of the better kept secrets on campus, Crestwood has wonderful management and it's next to perfect for shorter walks to class (which makes a world of difference in -10 degree weather, something that does happen here, even in fall semesters) While the location is great, It is an older complex that also have smaller rooms than ideal (my only real complaint) but it's still not bad for students on a budget and for those who prioritize time on campus.

Crestwood apartments is affordable housing for men attending BYUI. The managment is friendly and always looking to improve. The apartments are very decent for their price and located right next to campus.

Since most reviews here are not objective trying to review comparing with really expensive other apartments I guess I should review based on what I pay for.
Super affordable and right next to campus. It has super fast internet connection I did a test and it was more than 500 mb symmetrical. It doesn't have AC, but you are paying less than 900, don't expect a place like the cove that charges 1500.

Great Location, Affordable Price! If you're looking for housing that is close to campus and won't kill your budget, this is the BEST option! Locally owned, I found the owners to be very approachable and good to work with.

This is from living there 3 years ago the internet is bad and you feel like you live on the poor side of rexburg like some kind of downtown rexburg. If you need to save alo tof money this is the place to stay otherwise its worth extra bit of money for a decent appartment. Check out University View for enginnering students the school building you do 99% of your classes is right there or center square.

I really like the people around here. The apartment is pretty small and doesn't have some amenities you find at other apartment complexes, but the managers are REALLY good. Between it all, I'd give it 4 stars, though the managers themselves deserve 5 stars.

You can't get a better location in rexburg if you are a byu-idaho student. It is true it isn't much to look at but it has all of the necessities and the managers are very great! The price is great and it is a fun old place to live. My dad stayed here over 20 years ago.
