Acclaimed has always been responsive and helpful to our HOA. They have also been quick to help our community out during natural disasters, which has helped mitigate what would have been costly repairs to our amenities.
They help our Board navigate difficult situations, provide insights and resources from their years of experience working with a variety of HOAs, and keep the business side of things (taxes, legal, etc.) in order. Acclaimed recently became the property management company for our subdivision, Wade's Grove and we couldn't be happier with the changes that they've put in place to improve our community. I've delt with them as an event committee member as well as on a personal level for approval of a sun room, they've went above & beyond. Acclaimed has been the property management company for our neighborhood since we have lived here for almost 8 years and we have had a great experience with them. I joined the HOA board two years ago and have worked directly with them. Rodney and his team have been awesome! Rodney is very knowledgeable, responsive and enjoyable to work with. Their team helped navigate us successfully through the COVID quarantine, which was such a difficult time for the board and the neighborhood. I started working with Acclaimed Property Management in 2014. They were the 1st HOA Managing company I had ever worked with. Rodney and Tami have both always been very helpful and diligent in finding resolution to any situations or questions. No one ever returns our emails or phone calls. This is getting ridiculous. We're trying to get approved for our fence, and we've heard from the board that it's been approved, but we cant get through to the office to confirm. We've sent emails and tried calling the office..no response.

As a Realtor, I am often in conversation with management companies regarding HOA details and information gathering. Most of the time, I am pulling my hair out trying to get the information I need. BUT CONSISTENTLY here, Rodney will give me the information I need with NO PAIN and no extreme effort. Most of the time management gets bad reports is due to they're having to be "the bad guy", when residents are out of compliance regarding HOA guidelines. Therefore, a bad review undeserved in that instance. Thank you again, Rodney, for making my day easier with professional care. Peace.

I first met the people from Acclaim Property Management in 2004, when they started managing the neighborhood where I was serving as president of the homeowners association. They continue to be the property managers of that property to this day, which is a real testament to the excellent job they’ve done for the last 16 years. Tami Greenwell the owner was really rude when I was trying to get help with my account. She was yelling, talking over me, and then hung up on me. Tami needs to work on her customer services if you going to be an owner. Thank God Rodney called me back and was really helpful and had a positive attitude!

Spoke to Tammy multiple times and she was rude on every attempt. I asked for an email with what the HOA fee was on a particular property since the person we had already requested this info from was not responding. Was told that person was only part-time and I was made to feel as if I was a major inconvenience. This is standard practice for an HOA, telling people what the monthly fee is. Should not be such a big deal. I have worked with Ghertner and they have never treated me this way.
