This is by far one of the worst places to keep your loved one. To make matters worse they rarely answer the phone and when they do answer, you get the transfer shuffle only to be disconnected. They have very little compassion, of course not all, but most don't. Guantanamo is probably a better place to stay, and no joke. I'm currently looking for another place for my mother. It is a shame as it conveniently located, but I rather drives hours than have her there without being able to communicate. I have been trying to communicate with her for three days, and cannot see her due to covid restrictions

Would give no stars if it would let me.. Patient was there 1 week. TV and phone did not work...."technician will be here tomorrow" tomorrow never came. Patient would try and adjust bed and wrong part of bed would adjust even tho correct button was pushed.. Patient is short and bed was broken and would not go down. Patient would push call button, it would take a long time for them to come. Patient's roommate fell on floor and was there for about an hour after calling for help, even tho the nurse's station was right outside the door. They were rough changing patient's diaper

The staff is very loving towards their care of the residents and I like the way the medical staff stays on top of situations in order to catch things early on. The activities staff are creative and active in improving the quality of life of the residents. The only reason I don't give them a 5 is because of the limited parking when visiting. They do have a valet service but it's difficult to find an actual parking spot. Otherwise, great facility.

Family members and I had an awful experience at MainPlace Post Acute. The staff are poorly trained in taking care of the elderly here. It is unfathomable that this facility is allowed to stay open. Please note that this is a genuine review and I advise anyone who currently has a loved-one here to rigorously question staff, and hold them accountable if they do not adhere to moral codes and health standards.

Our parents arrived at Main Place over six years ago. It was difficult for us to take them out of their home. They do not speak English, but the staff was so welcoming and caring it made the transition easy. Many residents and staff do speak Spanish. CNAs, and nurses are very caring and attentive. They easily get attached to the patients. We get frequent communication regarding their care or needed changes. PT is regularly used to maintain health. The Activities Department goes above and beyond to provide fun and creative events for the residents. We feel very lucky to have our parents there. Parking

My father 94 has been in MainPlace Post Acute since 2019. My family feels extremely blessed that he has improved in so many ways. Dr. Suresh Veerramachanei is the best doctor my father has ever had. He is very committed to the wellbeing of his patients. There are some amazing staff members that have made a difference in my dad's life. Seeing my father smile is priceless.

I had the worst experience of my entire life with MainPlace Post Acute. They are very dishonest. Their own employees leave positive reviews for themselves. My father was neglected and sadly passed away in their care. He only needed PT and minor post acute care. None of this occurred. The staff is not trained well and party in their courtyard.

If there were a negative -5 star that would be appropriate for this joint. Worst care my mother ever received when she had to enter a post acute situation. Not sure how they get away with advertising wound healing and care center when she never arrived with a bed sore but managed to get one there within 4 weeks. NO special attention given to the individual needs of patients. A phone call might take 45 mins. or longer to get to a bedridden patient, so bad that nurses tried to pass me off to another patient to talk to who was not my mother! License should be revoked!!!

My youngest brother was recently admitted to Main Place. He is a handicapped man, who does not walk or speak. Needless to say the staff was amazing to him. It was made more difficult by the COVID restrictions and the nurses and aides did everything they could to make him feel more comfortable. I was able to facetime with him pretty much daily, and if there were any kind of problem they would call me right away. I was also so impressed by his attending doctors. He was there for 6 weeks and I was just so impressed by the whole staff, from the receptionist, case workers, aides, nurses & doctors

Very impressed with the professionalism of all the staff. Recently started to allow visitors with lots of precautions in place. I feel comfortable with leaving my loved ones at this facility. Seems like there are many activities going on every week. Happy with the nurses and rehab team here. No complaints :)

When my mom was moved into MainPlace Post Acute Rehab, I had many calls from staff members letting me know the she arrived safely, was settling in and what was happening with her. I received regular updates on her condition and even was able to FaceTime with her. She has had some fantastic nurses: Kat, Ryan and Grace and many others. The outside of the facility is a little dismal and the parking is terrible, but I believe that the care is very good.

First, this is, in a positive way, not the old Fountain Care so don't compare. This is new management, new staff. My husband was admitted for a 5 day stay while I had a well needed caregiver break. The staff was responsive to his needs, idiosyncrasies, dietary desires. I give them 5 stars, even though not a perfect place, but really working hard to turn around the reputation.
