Our newly remodeled facility features 102 skilled nursing beds and includes a large rehabilitation gym with state of the art equipment to help accelerate the recovery process of our residents.

I then came down with MS, which I have had for 18 years. From day 1, I felt like I was home. Everyone was so kind and understanding and they treated me with respect at all times.

My son was admitted yesterdat for rehab following hip pinning. This morning, it took me 2 hours and 4 phonecalls before I was finally connected to his nurse. I was not happy about that/ Bad first
impression. However, when I finally spoke to my son, he said tht his care was good so far.
I am a retired nurse. Today, all nurses carry hospital issued phones in their pockets for direct communication. In this age of the coronovirus, when families cannot visit their loved ones, communication is very important.These nurses (aides) don't use their phones for that purpose, they said. only to call doctors

My aunt has been taken care very well, she is very happy at your wellness center. Just wanted to bring in attention that the facility needs many renovations and upgrades. Needs new windows and sliding doors. The parking structure needs new pavement. It would be great for someone in this facility to do fun raising to help with the renovation that are much needed. Staff is very nice and pleasant, thanks for all you do. God Bless.

I entered yesterday evening as a rehab patient. Suffered a stroke on Sunday with Vertigo as a result. Transferred here till I was able to no longer have dizzy spells. I informed the aide that I needed my blood sugar levels checked before I ate breakfast. I waited about 15 minutes before a nurse came in to let me know that she didn't have Drs orders that I was diabetic. The first thing the night nurse that checked me in did was test my sugar levels. Did the report just disappear overnight or was somebody making excuses? I'm out of here as soon as possible!

This facility is exceptional. I have had such a great experience with everyone I have come in contact with. The CNAs have been very friendly and are always willing to help even when it is not their patient. I have been especially impressed with the nurses. They have such a great bedside manner and you can tell that they care for their patients. From personal experience, I can tell you that this would be a great place to send your loved one!

My mom came here with a Compression fracture. She is 80 years old and in very bad pain. The drugs also made her very confused. I came to visit every afternoon/evening and to help her with dinner. I had 2 weeks to observe the permanent residents and rehab people like my mom. The patients here all seemed content and well taken care of. My mom was always clean and clothe changed daily. She was calm here and she liked the food. The PT staff pushed my mom but not too hard and they showed us how to take care of her at home. My hat is off to all the staff here who do what they do on a daily basis and

Stay as far away from this place!! They are very short staffed & the staff they do have walk around socializing more than caring for the patients. They are completely shady as well. Creating fake invoices and changing patient charts. My father in law entered with a stage 1 bed sore and they changed the paperwork to say he entered with a stage 3. COMPLETELY WRONG!! He developed a Stage 3 sore in this facility due to the neglect and we had to have him placed on hospice in order to get him out of this facility because no one was willing to accept him with a stage 3 sore. They are also not very clean

My brother was in orange Healthcare & Wellness recently for 18 days. The main reason we chose this facility is because he was there for 5 weeks 3 years ago. He received excellent care from the nurses and cna staff. They are very caring and responded to all of his needs. Additionally the physical therapy staff is excellent. He left there both times in better condition and with more strengthen and stamina than he had in years. If you or your loved one require a short rehabilitation period or extended stay, this is the place to go.

When my aunt was involved in a traffic accident on the freeway, we didn't realize what a long road to recovery we would be facing. After a long-stay in the hospital, we were referred to Orange Healthcare & Wellness Centre. It truly is a "wellness" center in every sense of the word. Residents here are treated like family and are so happy in this beautifully designed place. The rooms are magnificent and modern with small and "homey" touches that truly make you feel comfortable and appreciated. I can't praise the staff enough. Their attitude is so warm and wonderful.
