I moved here a year ago,I couldn't more please with my apartment and the amenities, with a well equipped gym,and easy access on how to use them is certainly a bonus,I worked nights,the gyms is my first stop to catching up on my work out. The pool is always very clean and inviting. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a clean, safe environment where everything is right here across street, frankly you hardly ever have to drive. I gladly give them an easy 5 🌟

We love the staff. They are so helpful and caring. But Trae is the best. He is always so kind and helpful. He will go out of his way to help you with any issue or answer your questions. If he see you outside he always says Hi. He is their best asset in everyway. He makes living in these apartments very pleasurable. I will truly miss him.

This is.a.beautiful community in a great location with great amenities.The personnel and staff are so welcoming they treat you almost like if they've known you all their lives.But no less than 5***** treatment.They are so friendly. I've never had a better experience in looking for a place of residence.Linda Santiago, helped me in answering all my questions without hesitation and is very knowledgeable of the whole area.shes amazing I'd recommend speaking to her if you're serious in searching for a place of residence that's beautiful, peaceful,and clean.cant wait to come back and take the 1st step

My husband and I had been tirelessly going from apartment complex to apartment complex, dealing with all types of leasing agents and personnel. So when we stopped here, it came as a sweet relief to speak with a young lady by the name of Ms. Linda Santiago. She was lovely, incredibly competent, and thorough. She was also very patient, answering all of my questions and making us feel right at home. I am not a person to write bad reviews, but a big reservation was a big disappointment, you pay so much money and the apartments do not have enough space to put your necessary things, therefore you are forced to pay a storage that adds more $$ to your rent, in addition to the deception of the other to pay the rent, every month it was something new, we even had to pay a fee for the use of the washer and dryer (seriously) in the pool area everyone who entered did not They were residents to the point that the day before July 4 they would have a big pool party and not all of them were residents. We lived at the Grand Reserve Apartments for just over a year. We have absolutely no complaints. The staff is great and the community is very family friendly. It is a GREAT place to live!
We want to give a special shout out to Robert in maintenance. He is amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable and there when you need assistance. If it’s not working or needs attention, put in that service request. He will take care of you!
