I would definitely recommend this community. I was relocating to Florida and Victoria greeted me. She created a warmth, professional atmosphere and took her time to answer all the questions we had. She took me on a tour and everything looked great. I really look forward to living here. Make sure you ask for Victoria. You won’t be disappointed!

Full of cockroaches, I live cleaning my house day and night so I don't have a chance for them to feed, but now big ones come out. When I went to the office for the first time they told me that the apartment was completely remodeled. When I saw the apartment on delivery day, I almost died with what I saw, a basic apartment and literally nothing new. The apartments are not pretty inside and they raised the rent as if they were the "Luxury Apartments" apartments, I definitely consider it very abusive for the "quality or beauty / aesthetics" of the apartment. Rent went up from $ 975 to $ 1,475.

Too expensive pricing especially for the area and how small the apartments are, we were constantly hearing gun shots from the apartments next door. I’ve even had a man running from the cops knock on my door. When we first moved in our apartment it was infested with roaches. It took months to get rid of them with pest control and even upon moving out there were still roaches. We were getting evicted because we could not pay rent because we were out of work due to having to quarantine because my son had Covid. No compassion whatsoever not even any compassion to arrange payment. All this place cares

Stopped by today to view an apartment that became available unexpectedly. My fiancé and I are relocating to Florida from out of state and really pressured to find a place before our second child is due. I spoke and met with the leasing consultant named Nicole and she was incredibly friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable of the leasing process and community. She answered all my questions and helped me get the application filled out quickly so we could get the apartment. I recently toured this property and was sold after the tour. The friendly and knowledgeable staff took their time and made me feel most welcome. Yes, it’s their job, but the vibe was genuine. The location and the price check all the boxes. I highly recommend considering this for your new home, and ask for Victoria Bauer!!

I am in the process of moving back to Florida and was hesitant about where to live. As I drove in, I bumped into the maintenance tech I think his name was Greg. He was very helpful and seemed eager to help. The pretty is very well kept and the pond was beautiful. Looking forward to seeing how it is to live here.
