I am very pleased to say that I made the right decision when I chose to reside at The Estates... My experience here has been great so far, no problems with neighbors or pets! Their staff is very friendly and professional. They all have been very supportive and proactive since the day I moved in! The community itself is clean and well maintained. The location brings much convenience to those who love to eat, shop, and handle day to day responsibilities! Thank you Felicia! Thank you Monique! My overall experience this far has been so so… until I spoke with Measha! She is the kindest person ever! Answered all my concerns and didn’t make me feel like a bother like other agents have… especially me moving from NY, I did have a lot of questions and wanted to make sure everything was in order! Honestly if I didn’t speak to her… I may not have moved in! She really is top notch and handled all my concerns and questions in such a professional manner! I also would like to thank Denise as well! She is very nice and was able to assist me with my concerns! What an excellent Manager!!

The Maintenance Crew here, at the Estates, are the BEST!!! Have had interaction with every one of them for various reasons/issues over last 3 years I've been living here. They are always prompt, courteous, thoughtful, very efficient and have even gone out of their way to help out. 👍👍 Thanks guys!!

I have lived here for 5 years and I cant imagine living anywhere else. The maintenance staff is amazing! They take care of any work orders in a timely manner and they are friendly and professional. I love my apartment home! Its very nice and comfortable. The onsite amenities are amazing as well. Location is a big plus! Everything is walking distance or driving distance. Office staff is always friendly and helpful. Monique is amazing and anytime I need something she is patient and sweet to me. The office staff is very knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Thank you for a great 5 years!!

I've lived in a number of places in Ocala, the Estates are definitely a far step up compared to other communities! Aside from the great feel of the place, the staff here has always been friendly and helpful as if they are extended family! I've lived here going on 4 years now, the amenities are great and the atmosphere around the community is too! The staff in the office genuinely care about you and maintenence has always been responsive & polite and also knowledgeable. The grounds are kept up, they have always maintained a clean & upscale look around, I really love that! I haven't had any problems

I am so happy to have been a resident here for over a year! The staff are very professional (Thank you Monique) in providing the answers to the questions I need. Moving in was easy and the upkeep is amazing. Maintenance staff are very professional as well. They are quickly to respond and get the job done. They are there when you need help like borrowing a dolly and or helping out with heavy loads of furniture. I can’t thank them enough and very much maintenance worker Angel. I’ve been looking for an apartment for awhile now and haven’t seemed to be as impressed until I came here and had a tour. Monique was wonderful and so welcoming. She answered all my questions and this place is everything I’ve been looking for. It’s a beautiful complex and great location. Highly recommend, I want some time to think about but my tour was great and I really felt like home. Thank you for the experience so far, very excited and happy.
