Their attention to detail is what I really like. I recently moved from steeples to Tuscany because I wanted a nicer place with nicer amenities and staff. I got what I paid for. The prices are a biiit more steep but it's worth it. When I moved in, we were asked to go through their online checklist of things you may find issue with in your apartment. They make sure you look at EVERYTHING. And if you find something wrong, they fix it immediately. I came back 2 days later and even the smallest of things were fixed. Any issues you have will be quickly taken care of. I also really love the fact that

I’ve been living here for two years, starting my third this week. Paul and the office staff, Daniella, and maintenance have a lot on their hands and do an awesome job helping you through all that goes into renting your apartment and maintaining it. The price is comparable to other places that do not allow you to bring your pets, and the amenities, view, and cleanliness of the grounds is worth the cost. Not to mention, the safety of the area is nice. Close to stores, doctors, the mall, and the highway. The nearby pond and walking trail are a beautiful bonus!

I love living at Tuscany Place! It’s beautiful and has great amenities. Quick response to maintenance requests and they are constantly updating and improving the property. Plus the office staff truly make it home. Paul in particular is a true asset; never seen him without a smile and always has a kind or humorous conversation to offer when I pick up packages or pay rent. My daughter was visiting and he actually took the time to come out to pool and introduce himself. He is like family!

My experience here has been nothing short of amazing. Although I have only lived here less than a year, I have had no issues while here. Maintenance gets back to you and resolves any issue you have within a couple days, no pest control issues as they spray regularly, the pool and gym are great additions, I’ve never met a neighbor I haven’t liked, and and the living space in general is very nice and put together. I would like to make a special recognition to Paul in the leasing office. He has been amazing and SO helpful throughout my time here. I would definitely recommend this place to friends

I am ending my fourth year here as a resident with Tuscany place apartments. I am going to miss them when I move, the office staff and maintenance are really great here. Recently my AC was acting up and Pierre from maintenance went above and beyond to fix it replacing parts and working diligently till it was fixed. When he was done it worked better than it ever has! Pierre is always so polite and kind and cheerful, as a mom when he comes to fix broken issues at my apartment I never ever worry when he is my designated maintenance official. He just has such a great positive energy and attitude towards

I’ve been living at Tuscany Place for 3 years. The complex is very clean, quiet and relaxing. The pool is always clean and so are the grills, gym, office and outside patio. Staff has always been very helpful and on top of the work orders. If you are trying to find a place here in Ocala, Tuscany is the place and you won’t regret it!! On the weekends it’s quiet, no parties or craziness. You can actually sit out on your balcony and enjoy the silence no matter the time of day. Apartments are spacious from 1-3 bedrooms. There is a beautiful walking path right behind the complex with gorgeous trees

We are a family of 5 and we were so amazed at this apartment even when the first time we saw it. There are Plenty of parking space, quiet and friendly people. The staffs are are very professional especially Paul(office) and Pierre(maint). School bus picks up kids to Westport HS, Liberty middle and Saddlewood Elem. Location is near to grocery, mall and restaurants. Gym and pool are always clean. 1 Mile jogging paths Park is beside the apartment with muscovy ducks, turtles on the pond. You will love it here.

This place is a nightmare and this review will be no surprise to management because I have told them to their faces. I have lived here 2 months and ready for a nervous breakdown. They will not let me out of my lease and frankly I think this is elder abuse. I have listened to loud music for 7 hours today and last night and last weekend. My lease says no loud music, what about theirs? Management will not do anything about this and tell me to call the police. Why should the police do your job?

Place is clearly going downhill as time goes on. No attention to detail in landscaping/cleaning. Trash everywhere (while I know this is messy neighbors) the staff should have a little more pride in the place and picking up. If you notify a issue they find a way around fixing it. Huge ant piles all over the place. When I moved in the place had bugs all over, and I had to do my own pest control because they don't do indoor. A resident shouldn't have to come into a dirty apartment.

I currently live at Tuscany and everything has been incredibly smooth so far. The location is great and is close to many businesses and restaurants. They have a luxury feel but without the high luxury prices. The gym is never too crowded and has most of the things you would need for general fitness. The management does a good job as well.

Used to be absolutely amazing but since new owners took over it really went down hill. It does have a nice pool and apartments are nice but management is crappy so makes whole experience crappy. They do not care about noisy neighbors who create disturbances... and say it's apartment living. They don't care about people who smoke drugs in the apartments so heavily that it travels into mine. Never again. Glad I bought a house!
