No matter what, DO NOT WORK/RENT WITH REALTY ASSET MANAGEMENT. They have been nothing but a nightmare to us as still-current renters. Management will never get in contact with you no matter the issues you are dealing with, they charge WAY too much for what you're actually getting, and you're entirely on your own the moment you move in to one of their complexes. It's honestly surprising that they even have a 1.7 star review here as it should be even lower than that. Again, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH RAM!!! Your time and money is much better spent elsewhere, and you'll be having the peace of

A California couple, YVONNE HERYFORD and James HERYFORD, acquired the property we rent, Realty Asset Management was granted the contract to manage the Townhomes. Within seven days of managing the property, all tenants received a notice on their door informing us of their tenth inspection in the last month. Whatever. What was shocking and disgusting is the notice said if the tenants don't allow them to enter, their lease would be terminated. My point.....they have managed these townhomes for a Californian couple and within the first seven days they are already threatening the long time tenants who

DO NOT SUBMIT APPLICATIONS TO THEM. We tried to apply for one of their apartments they had available on their website, when my friend went to finish her portion they had already leased the apartment. Took $180 in application fees and refuse to refund it. Just looking to take people’s money in an already rough economy. If i could give 0 stars I would.

Currently renting and love my apartment but they don't have nearly enough parking at their Tree Valley complex and refuse to talk to me about giving 1 assigned parking space per apartment. I'm 23 and have a 2 year old and share a car with my husband. I work evenings and I feel EXTREMELY unsafe having to park a block away and walk 10 minutes to my apartment at 10pm. And lately even if I use the car and come home in the middle of the day with my toddler I'm still having to carry him across the parking lot because there's no parking.. I pay $1400+ a month I should at the very least have 1 parking

I cannot express the incredible dissatisfaction with this company and the owners. Recently my husband and I thought it would be a good time to sell our investment property in Nampa, Idaho. We simply wanted to put the money into our primary residence. We called to ask the the company managing our house, to please let the realtor in the home. Which would require the property managers to give the tenants notice. Meanwhile, I left the name of our realtor and gave her permission to enter and followed up with an email. Several hours later my realtor called to direct me to a cancellation of our agreement

When we first moved in our dishwasher was broken, it took a whole entire month for them to finally send someone to fix it. They never answer calls, they are super unorganized and don’t know how to communicate with each other. We got our own keypad lock for our door and got it approved then 7 months later they told us we couldn’t have that lock on our door so while we were out of town they tried to take it off themselves to replace it. We have been good tenants, we pay our rent on time and they have still been super difficult to work with and they have way too many fees for everything.

I would never recommend this company. If you do live in one of their apartments, expect them to take most of your security deposit. They took 86% of ours. We were great tenets and left the apartment in good shape. You might as well leave the apartment trashed, because they will just take your money anyways.

So far no complaints. I have been on the phone with lyndsy, nicole, rebecca, montana and they have been very helpful from the time we were found out about the apartment openings to any and all issues with the place. And yes a bit of a pain to deal with them mostly cuz of the cases theyre allowed to handle but otherwise everythings gone great so far. This is second best apartment ive ever lived in

The way a property management company treats you at the end of a lease is always very telling of the company's character. I was a resident of a Realty Asset Management (RAM) property from 2019-2020 and this was my move out experience.
My deposit for my quaint apartment with RAM was $600. The highest deposit I've ever paid for an apartment on 5 separate leases throughout WA, ID, and AZ. Didn't think too much of it, assumed I'd get most of it back minus standard carpet cleaning fee. However, once I received my move out statement, it was made clear this predatory company was out to take more than

I would like to start off by saying I really love my apartment. I am giving a 1 star rating because realty asset management has decided to only give a 6 month option and raise the rent over $100. This has to be the most selfish thing I have ever seen. There are literally people with no jobs right now doing everything they can to survive during this pandemic and this is the result. I am disgusted and disappointed in this decision and I know it won’t matter because morals usually don’t matter to these types of companies but I hope the owners do see this. Your decision is disgusting and you should

I have been renting a home from them for 5 years now and every time I need maintenance it takes no less then 3 months to get something done. It takes me calling every day and emailing. My garage door needed replaced and it took 6 months of me calling to finally get it done. I made a payment arrangement to pay remaining 125 of my rent and they charged me a $125 late fee. What is the point of a payment arrangement if you are still going to charge a late fee? I had black mold in my bathroom and it took me ripping the floor out, exposing the mold, sending pictures and 7 days later after not being able

Worst property management company. They let a beautiful home turn into a complete dumb. They allowed animals that the owner never wanted on the property. They lied to the owner and didn't help maintain the quality of the property at all! This company should be reported to law enforcement for agreeing to provide services and not upholding the standards. The damage in the home is over $5,000 and there has been multiple episodes of drugs being used inside the property. HOME

This review is solely based off of the customer service they provided in trying to help my husband and I find a rental property. They were more than willing to work around the fact that we have two large dogs, one of which is a handicap pit bull, and not currently having a job in the area yet. I don't know what they are like as land lords as we ended up with a house not from them due to move in dates. But I really appreciate their willingness to work with us which is more than almost all the places we talked to were willing to do. Sorry we couldn't do business with you guys but thank

We moved into an apartment under Realty Asset Management.

Please beware of Tricia Callies

These people have treated us horribly.

They charge high dollar for rent but it's a horrible environment being under their management. They are abusive, controlling and manipulative.

They use scare tactics by threatening to evict you and don't help with problems that are their responsibility.

Please beware and not rent from these people

Total fraud of a company. Illegal kept my deposit for alleged landscape charges even though I had it professionally done on a weekly basis. The owner Tricia called me and told me to sue her and lied directly to me and made numerous false allegations. Took weeks to get a response on any need at the rental house. Took over 60days to get my partial refund and lied time after time.

I'd give this business zero stars if I could.

I rented an apartment from this company, mistake made. The girls that work the office are nice, but the owner... OH MY GOODNESS! So here's what happened...

I logged in to my portal and I was under charged for my first month. I needed another deposit for my pet. I don't feel right not paying what I owe, and knowing that I move in tomorrow, I wanted to call right away. Also, someone else's lease was attached to my portal. I checked to make sure there wasn't any personal information, because

I have never gone out of my way to write a review but I feel so passionately about not using this company that I did this time. I rented from them years ago and they were horrible. They didn't clean my apartment before I moved in so I did and then they got crappy with me about it and then told me at the end of my lease with them the place had better be clean or I would lose my deposit. I told them I would be happy to leave it just how I had found it and that I had taken pics for proof. Thankfully I got my deposit back. This was just one of many problems. What really prompted me to write this

This property management company is HORRIBLE to work with. I was a 3 year resident of one of their properties and a VERY good renter nearly the entire time. Not only did I do most of my own repairs because the company "lost" my repair requests, or claimed to have never gotten them, but I had to on a few occasions help my neighbors get in to their homes when they were locked out because the owner, Trish, refused to come help them.

My financial situation declined over the past 6 months and I fell past due several times. I ALWAYS paid in full each month that I was past due. This

I rented through Complete Property Management for a year and will never use them again. From the beginning, they were unprofessional, rude, and difficult to work with. When I moved into my apartment, it was horribly dirty, and there were several broken fixtures that we had to wait weeks for them to arrange to have fixed, even though they had promised to have the apartment cleaned and maintained before the move-in date. When I moved out, I realized about a week later that I had left an item behind and called immediately to let them know and make arrangements to pick it up. The person that I spoke

This property management company handles our HOA, but we have not been impressed with the job they do. We have found them to be disorganized, unresponsive, and extremely rude. They are difficult to reach and do not return phone calls. They frequently "drop the ball," like failing to notify homeowners of the annual garage sale they are supposed to coordinate until 3 days before. They also charge our HOA for late fees on bills that they themselves are responsible to pay! If you can't get the monthly check to the landscapers on time (and there was plenty of money in the account to
