Worst place I've lived at. The manager Yvette is racist and bias. We just notice our credit report and apparently she sent us to collections. We moved out after lease was over and are getting charged $1400.00 after she told us everything was fine. Worst place to live at. She needs to take some management courses and learn how to speak to people. At first she is sweet but then is a total #####. Worst manager ever. She is very racist do not move in if you are hispanic or middle eastern. A lot of our neighbors moved out around the same time we did, they all told me the same thing.

I had such a horrible time living here. I do not recommend to anyone to live here. It’s not the owners fault it’s the manger and the company that she works for. I was always harassed about something, blamed all the time for something, and humiliated. Just to let everyone know that google review and yelp and platforms to express your feelings and it’s your constitutional right as well. I have posted something on yelp and then was threaded by the manger. She personal threaten my life, she also said she would have me blacklisted from any apartments in California and that she would make my life

I lived here from March 2015- October 2018. We went through 4 mangers before the current one. It's ironically funny that when I posted this review the first time 10-20 "positive" reviews followed. The current manger cannot take the truth and had people post happy ones to make this place look like a dream. And to back up my statement you will see the current "positive" ones on here and on google review.

We love living here! The apartment was remodeled right before we moved in. The community is excellent, our neighbors are very friendly and respectful. This is a very quiet place, and is very well kept. Yvette, the property manager, is wonderful!! She is super welcoming and helpful, and she will go out of her way to make sure you are taken care of. Great location, right by Highway 4 and 680, and also just a few minutes from downtown Martinez and the waterfront. We definitely recommend it!

Definitely 5+ stars to Yvette and her team! Very professional, personable and extremely quick in responding to residents concerns and requests.
This apartment complex is situated in great location Close to highways. Close to the historic downtown, and Regional Shoreline park and walking trail. The grounds are well maintained & quite. Neighbors are cordial. Overall a great place to call home.

If I could give a half star that would still be too much.
The current manager is super unfriendly and likes to throw her authority around. No rent control and it's like living under a micro manager "do as I say, not as I do." She plays favorites and harasses tenants she doesn't like.
This place is excessively expensive for what you get in return.

This apartment complex is terrible. Sure, it's pretty inexpensive. Sure, it looks ok, sure it has a pool, and upon visiting it, you'll probably be excited and want to move in right away. But for the love of god, don't do it.
There is constant noise on both sides of me, and thumping base shakes the paper thin walls so much that I think my dishes will fall and crack. The common areas are filthy, and no one has the decency to even try to keep them clean. Complaints to the management company fall on deaf ears, and they will not keep up their side of the rental agreement, which
