I have not even moved in yet and have had a few concerning issues with the process. It began with being informed that the unit we desired was available at the time of our walk on March 2nd. We were not able to view the model but were shown a different one for comparison of amenities and location. When we began the application process, the system was down and they were unable to send an application. We were asked to complete one online, selecting a unit as a dummy place holder to process the application. I asked about the deposit since the current unit we wanted was not yet available and was told

I enjoy living here and a definite upgrade from Sacramento. My 1 bed 1 bath is spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning is on point for the hot summers and the heater is perfect for the very cold bay nights. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I found out this is the best apartment complex if you are owning or wanting to own a dog.
I love how the freeway is literally 30 seconds away. Across the overpass there is a movie theater that is never crowded! If you dislike traffic during peak hours this is the perfect place for you.
