Out of everywhere I've lived I've never felt more harassed my maintenance, office staff and gardeners. I don't feel comfortable sleeping at night because I think the staff are going to come inside my apartment. I'd think the way maintenance wants to jump down down my through every time he sees me he'd ask if anything needs to be fixed, but no. And there's trash laying all around the apartment complex

I would not recommend Haven Martinez to anyone! They have very poor customer service and very poor follow up. They never call back when you call. When moving out I did not get my full deposit back and I just wanted to know why? After three months since I moved from there I just found out why just today. The last couple months have been consistently calling and driving by and I can't believe it took three months to get back to me.

The management of this location is purely awful. The leasing office staff is extremely rude. I honestly don't even know how to put into words the lack of respect management has for their residents. This is my home, I want it to feel like a community, instead there is hatred.
The dumpster area, or one trash compactor, is disgusting and smells all the time. There are always piles upon piles of trash.
The apartments grounds are old and falling apart. They have been in construction for months and seriously have gotten no where.

Let me tell you about Tori Kirby, I dont care for her anymore because I had a few work orders and nobody came to fix my issues because Tori never put the work orders in,and it was 4 months ago, she also told me that if I need anything to just email her and she will get back to me, you know what I'm still waiting, so I went to the office to mention it to Johnny too, he wrote down the work orders but I guess he didnt put it in because nobody came and fix anything but yet they can call people to fix the sign in the front so I want to shorten my lease and she said that we cant do that because
