The Enfield Group, an organization of affiliate companies that has evolved from its parent company Enfield Properties LLC, was established in 2007 as a real estate holding and development firm serving Middle Tennessee and the surrounding area. Subsequently Enfield Construction and Engineering LLC was formed by the principals to provide construction and civil engineering support both to its clients and for in-house projects.
Rounding out the Enfield Group's vertically integrated business model was the formation of Enfield Management LLC, a full service property management company that provides third party management services for property owners.

The Enfield Group's services which are integrated to provide clients with a one-stop shop for their real estate needs can take a project from initial concept through design, construction, leasing and sale. We also provide our services to clients and customers on an a la carte basis if the owner desires and are very experienced teaming with other consultants or contractors.
