The PMC founding team is experienced and reliable, with knowledge that helps property owners seek the best return on investment by minimizing the time rental units are vacant, recommending improvements that will result in higher rental rates, and advising owners when it's time to grow, diversify, or liquidate a portfolio of properties.

We offer a full range of property management services tailored to you as an investor, homeowner, or landlord. We have an extensive portfolio with over 425 single family homes, townhouses, condos, and apartments in the area. Management Fee - For the All-Inclusive and Full-Service plans, the management fee is charged, without proration, starting in the first month that a tenant is in the property.
For vacant properties, PMC will secure a tenant within 21 days of listing a property for rent. For occupied properties, PMC will try to secure a new tenant before the current tenant moves out, but if that is not possible, PMC guarantees we will secure a new tenant within 21 days after the unit has undergone proper "rent-ready" work following the departure of the tenant.

All windows in a property should have appropriate window coverings. Normally, we install 2-inch faux wood on all properties with monthly rent of more than $1,200 per month and aluminum mini-blinds on properties less than $1,200 per month. For extra-large windows, we'll often install a curtain rod and the tenant is responsible for providing curtains.

Would highly recommend PMC. Their pricing is fair, they're extremely responsive, and get maintenance issues corrected quickly. Some of my family is in the homebuilding business, and I ran PMC's maintenance/repair costs by experienced homebuilders, and they were getting fair quotes for that work, as well. My rental was probably more work than it was worth for them, but they were always professional and provided great service.
Special shoutout to Kyle, who really helped me out when I had some unique issues pop up - he was able to come up with creative/persistent solutions to complicated issues.

So at first i put in an application for a cute little one bedroom apartment, and it seemed promising that my boyfriend and i were going to get it. the next day i got an email that the property listing had been removed. so i called the company and they told me that someone submitted their documents quicker than i did and went ahead and paid their deposits. i was very upset, i couldn't understand why they would allow me to submit an application if someone else had already been approved.

The apartment came under new property management about a year into my renting.
Here’s a breakdown of the experience:
1. They don’t work on weekends, or after 5. You won’t be able to contact anyone directly.
2. All contact is through an automated answering service, and dead ends to an answering machine, even during working hours. They usually won’t call you back, so you have continue to call until they pick up. Voicemails don’t get responses either.
3. All maintenance requests go through whatever subcontractor they find, so you’re subject to waiting for their availability. No one

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Completed application was told I needed additional documents, called the next day and was told that someone else had documents in before me and where approved (which is fine) Had I not called them I wouldn’t have known, they do not follow up!! My application was never processed so I basically just paid $50 for nothing.
WASTE OF TIME & MONEY!!!
Also, I was told that they could not give refund but I see that people were refunded for this same reason previously! So I will be calling to get refund Monday morning..

I would absolutely recommend the Property Management Company to anyone. Property Management Company is incredibly timely in their responses to maintenance requests and always makes sure to fix an issue even better than most companies would. They are very easy to communicate with and any time we have an issue they have been attentive and kind in helping us solve the issue. They have also sent out sweet emails regarding holidays when offices are closed or even emails about keeping ourselves safe in dangerous weather! It's the small things that make a big difference!!
