All their properties are very clean inside and out and have the absolute best locations. They always answer the phone and respond to texts or emails promptly. These are the people behind Host Extraordinaire providing unsafe rentals in Nashville.
Our first night staying at this property a man broke into our Airbnb at 2:30 in the morning on June 9th, 2021 while we were all sleeping and robbed us. THE DOOR WAS LOCKED!!! We woke up, caught him and ran him out of the house. We called the cops and proceeded to call the 24 hour number the HOST provided to us and it was not in service! It seems like this was an inside job as the owner of Host Extraordinaires said it wasn't their fault, we probably left the door unlocked (we absolutely did NOT) and cannot do

We booked on of their properties through Airbnb and on night one of our stay our house was broken into about 2:30am. He walked through the front door, which yes was locked!! There was a man in our bedroom while we were sleeping, with kids in the house as well, and took about $15000 worth of stuff. The house offered little to no security and only has one lock with is operated by a keypad. No additional deadbolt or chain is on the inside. Just one lock that is accessed on the outside. Anyone can easily break through the lock or reprogram a new code. The cops even told us that this has been happening
