Meridian at Nichols Plaza is simply Amazing been living here for over a month and everything’s been great… the staff are professional and caring Stacia is very attentive and welcoming to new residents and the property is clean very well maintained, the maintenance team stays on top of things from observation and clear view things are great! I enjoy the quietness no one seems to be loud going through the halls and residents are friendly.
If you’re looking for a place to call home here is where you want to be 💜 oh and I love the fact that the staffing team learn their residents by name

Today we were touring for an apartment and got to meet with leasing consultants Ashley & Paige. They were both so warm and friendly. They were able to answer all of our questions and were so helpful in trying to find a apartment that would best work for my needs. All of the apartments are beautiful and the location is amazing. This community is on the top of my list for my future home.

A very luxurious experience at Meridian from walking in until leaving. The customer service was overly exceptional, I walked in to Ashley’s bright smile and toured with her and she never missed a beat. She’s super knowledgeable and very accommodating! The apartments are very cozy and homey, and the set up for the gym and pool are very conveniently placed!

We moved in to Meridian in July and the process has been seamless. The leasing office has always been nice and listened to our concerns. When you move into apartment complexes the experience is always the best, but here the staff is friendly and our apartment is everything that we could have wanted. 10/10 would recommend living at Meridian at Nichols Plaza

So far our experience has been great! When we reached out back in Sept for a move from MD, response was immediate. We were not sure when we were going to move so their patience with us was much appreciated.
The application process was easy especially since we were not able to make it into the office living out of state. Communication is very important to us and that is exactly what we got. There was follow up to make sure that all of our questions were answered.

2 stars based on location only. I’ve been a resident for almost 7 months . . very unhappy with amenities ‘not offered’ nor will they be any time soon. . which includes grilling stations, fire pits, dog spa, etc. COVID can not be used as an excuse on these closures.
The community has promise to be beautiful . .but not anytime soon.

My husband and I were recent tenants at Meridian at Nichols Plaza and we thoroughly enjoyed our time spent at this property. From our first tour until our move-out, our leasing agent, Ashley, was beyond sweet and helpful! All of the office staff are friendly, efficient, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The location is great; you are in close proximity to plenty of restaurants and shopping between Cary and Apex. The complex is also close to major highways. We had the opportunity to be the first residents in our particular unit, which made the experience even better. Meridian is a luxury complex

I chose Meridian because of the large open floor plans and that everything was brand new. There is an enormous linen closet and double vanity in my one bedroom apartment, as well lots of storage in the kitchen. Lots of little details like “under the cabinet lights,” were well thought out. The office staff is very attentive and available to help. The complex tries to do little “events” while keeping social distance, such as delivering pumpkin bread in October, charcuterie boards last week, and Hot cocoa night kits delivered to your door this Friday. My family and I have lived here for the past 10 months and we love it here. Really beautiful units inside and out, spacious too. The leasing staff are a pleasure to work with, they are very responsive and always courteous. The apartments are conveniently placed within walking distance to shopping and some really nice restaurants. There's a walking trail that connects to the Apex Community park which is ideal if you're outdoorsy. We have some really nice neighbors too and the events planning committee is never short of hosting fun activities to engage everyone. Over all the staff have done an excellent
