Amy Quinn, the leasing manager has impressed me her attentive style especially during the pandemic. My neighbors have been so friendly & welcoming. Unlike my previous apartment in Villa Hills everyone picks up after their dogs. It is truly a great community.

Wright's Point is an awesome place to live! Susan, the manager, is so incredibly nice. She will work with you to make your experience living at WP enjoyable. Service requests are generally responded to within 24 hours. We had a heater issue after hours and the repairman was there within 30 minutes. The pool is nice, along with the gym. It's a very quiet environment, which I like. Pets are allowed and it's 8 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. The rent is very reasonable, with all new granite countertops, stainless steal appliances and new carpet. I'd recommend it to anyone!!

Great place to live! I lived here for three years and really enjoyed the location as well as amenities. The office staff was just the very best and never hesitated to assist with anything.

I lived at Wright's Point for one year when I relocated from California to go work in Northern KY.

I found out I was being relocated three weeks before I had to vacate my apartment in California and move 2400 miles to the Cincinnati area. Three weeks meant that I had no time to actually visit anything in this area to see apartments face-to-face. I based my choice of Wright's Point based on a coworker's friend who enjoyed his time renting there, a Google Earth satellite image of the area, and a nice conversation with the leasing agents of Towne Properties.

I totally lucked out because
