I have been a resident here almost 5 years an we have really went through some ups an downs with the management situation some of the most rudest disrespectful WOMEN I have ever meet in my life but I must admit Janea an miss Mildred are amazing an very easy to communicate with,I have been in Covington mostly all my life,I appreciate my home it's a blessing an a beautiful area dispute the past crimes on the outside of the complex,we do our best to try an keep it as clean an safe as possible,it can be hard sometimes keeping it clean when people who are not residents walk through an trash the place

Love my apartment, love the veiw I have love that I'm only a few mins from school and I like most the people around me. I have been here 3 years now and things that still annyoye me about this place is it is a train wreck... I have had my work order in since Feb to get some things fixed around my house... They have yet to come and fix them I was told three weeks ago my filter would be changed and they never came to do that either.. I get they are very busy trying to place catch up from the old management but geezz. I know people who are putting work orders in and they are getting their stuff fix

I had lived here from 2018-2020 and recently moved away. I had seen 3 different management companies take over and try to change things, but eventually sold off the place because of the amount of work required. The management company that is there now though did whatever they could to help me. Give them a chance and Jenay might surprise you.
The actual apartment complex is very pretty, but when you go inside one of them you can see almost immediately how rushed the place was during construction. Vents and light switches weren't installed correctly, my dishwasher was never attached to the counter

I currently live her and I am moving as soon as my lease is up because of all the problems I have experienced living here. When I first moved here I wasn’t informed that there was no office manager or maintenance tech. I have experienced everything from noisy trifling neighbors to bugs and things not getting fixed or taking months to be acknowledged. My ceiling is leaking as I am writing this and I was told they aren’t fixing it because I’m going to move. All they did was patch it. To me this place is a joke. I moved here while I was pregnant and it has been a pain. I pay too much in rent

Worst place I have ever lived!
Starting from day one it took me and my roommate 3 months to complete the application process because the website was so confusing. It even took 5 hours in the leasing office with the lady helping us to fill it out. When we were finally approved, we paid our security deposit (which we later found out got lost), and was given a move in date. All ready to move in that day, we headed over there only to find out that the apartment STILL WASN’T READY. We were given no notice and had to wait another week to move in. The day we finally moved in we were rushed through

The apartment was great; management not so much. When it was time to renew my lease, I called multiple times; when someone answered, agents kept giving me the run around. Two months later, I get a random letter in my door telling me the rent went up $200 and I had 2 days to make a decision to sign or move! Also know it will take months for things to be fixed. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This happened with "new" management.

They haven't even finished building these apartments and already I'm disgruntled with them. I turned in my application and payed the $50 fee. A couple days later, I found a place more suited to my needs, as this apartment complex had no approximate time that I could move in. They only had a "waiting list". I stopped in the office to see if it was too late to get my $50 check back. (I had already checked with my bank to see if it had been processed). She made it seem like it had been cashed right away and I was days too late. Checking with my online banking, I see that the check was cashed the same
