I love my apartment, it’s beautiful, perfect amount of space. updated. the building is clean and secure. love the location. but every sunday when it’s warm - braxton has a loud DJ for 9 hours a day and as a college student, i wish i would have known that prior to moving in. so just wanted to give a heads up for anyone that would possibly be a negative for! maybe request a unit in the front of the building.

Couldn't recommend Duveneck enough. I've lived here for a year and a half and it's been the best apartment complex experience I've ever had. Building is well constructed so you rarely if ever hear neighbors. Outdoor space is great and well maintained. Amanda was a great property manager and when TJ took over it never skipped a beat. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, bars, and shops or a very short drive over to downtown Cincinnati.

The square is an amazing place to live! The space here is well maintained, clean, and very quiet, yet within walking distance of so much. The apartments themselves are luxury style with all the bells & whistles. One of the best parts about living here is the fitness center - most days I don't need to drive to the gym since it has everything I need. The staff was super helpful throughout the entire process of apartment hunting/moving in. We worked with Moe, and she made the process so easy! Definitely one of the best complexes in the NKY area.

I have lived here for a year and a half now and absolutely love it. It is clean and well maintained, the management is friendly and helpful, and the outdoor and common spaces are awesome. It is also in a nice area of town with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a brewery right next door. Cincinnati is barely a mile away, so the location is overall very convenient. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Best apartment ever! If you can get a space here, absolutely take it. The apartments and the common areas are stunning. And the sense of community is wonderful and so welcoming. Management goes out of their way to make sure everyone is taken care of feels a part of the Duveneck family. Excellent communication, maintenance, and events. Plus, can't beat the location right by Braxton Brewery and Mck's Chicks. Would recommend very highly to anyone.

Love this apartment community! The outdoor space is wonderful and great for entertaining, always kept very clean and the people who live here are all very nice. My favorite amenity is by far the gym. It’s always kept so organized and clean, plus it has everything I need for my workouts so no need to even leave my building!! Amanda was absolutely amazing during the process. She helped and answered any questions and concerns I had with ease. Amanda made this an easy choice for me. I love it here! It’s a must if you are moving to the area.

The staff at Duveneck Square is extremely welcoming and helpful. I specifically worked with Amanda during the apartment search process. When in-person tours were not convenient, she made sure to send customized video tours of units I was specifically interested in. I would recommend living here if you want luxury, modern apartments and a friendly environment.
