Lived here for about 2 years now the place has its ups and downs, I read the reviews and can see why some people don’t like it here, I’ve definitely experienced some of them,but I love it here, any problem I had was taken care of next day, or ASAP, Lisa is cool, people are friendly for the most part, or at least mind there own business, the place is peaceful and that’s saying something being in Covington. This place is far from perfect, but I’ve never once lived in a perfect apartment complex, but they hear my problems they fix them, so I can’t complain

Constant water problems.sometimes no hot water other times none at all.Mice a real problem.tenets use there decks as storage rooms.Stay away.I did this review some months ago and we still have the same water problem.The date is 1/23/21and we have no hot water and the mantinance line has been busy for over 2 days.I cant stress enough to not rent here

Our neighbor got leaks in their apartment for months and nobody fixed it. Maintenance staff is not supportive at all. Plumber tried to fix the leak for neighbors several months later. In this process they damaged our bathroom wall. Due to damaged wall, our bathroom mirror fell from wall and it was all over the floor. When we called maintenance, the guy was very rude and he said that he will charge us for the mirror cost as well as labor. It can be clearly seen the the wall behind mirror was damaged by their plumbing work. Nobody helped us remove the mirror pieces. We had to arrange for cleaning

They try to get money from you as much as they Can, apartment are old. I give them the apartment as I receive it but they cut my deposit. They don't know what are doing and they try to get more money from you every month. Please stay away. Very frustrated and never suggest anyone to live there. I am going to tell all my friend's about my story with crown pointe.

This was mine and my husbands first apartment. Guess the old manager decided to take that to her advantage and told me I could use cash for the deposit. She proceeded to move to another complex and stole my money. When the new manager moved in she called and told me I needed to pay my deposit. Needless to say I was furious. That should have been a sign to not move there, but at this point we were stuck. Move in day comes and we find out we have been bait and switched. We were shown the nice apartment on the first floor with a walk in closet. We got a smaller apartment in the back complex, third

While obviously not perfect (no handicap facilities, trouble parking sometime), I have to give the management at Crown Pointe four stars for making the best out of what they have.
Most of all the manager, Jenn, and the repairman, Roger, quickly and without complaining respond to any need I have. The neighbors I have come into contact with are friendly and courteous. There is no loud music at the wee hours of the night and whatever partying is done I cannot hear from my apartment.
Again, though, the main driver behind my satisfaction with Crown Pointe is the friendly, always helpful management

I visited this place a week ago to see if I wanted to rent here. While it wasn't for me, I could tell it was a great place for renters. The price is decent and the renovations were impressive. Though the pool is no longer there it has a new playground park like area instead. The laundry facilities were wonderful. As for actually living there i have no idea, but from a potential renters view on the place, I have to say it seemed pretty great.

I DO NOT LIVE THERE YET OR MAYBE never but I have been calling there and sending emails there for one year and seven months and I have yet to speak to anyone. I did get a text last I guess it was but no phone call, hmmm. I email and said I was looking to rent a two bdrm and all you can manage to do is (email me) back to say, give you a call. I can tell you really want me up there. NOT. I think I need to get myself together and see what is really going on.
