I have the misfortune of living in a home built by these charlatans. I've been having reoccurring problems with my gas furnace, and I was told by the HVAC repair man that the model of furnace I have was meant for vertical installation only, yet these fraudsters installed it horizontally which was very dangerous. Then the builder built a wall around 2/3 of the furnace which violates the building code. I've also had problems with the skylights in my unit. They kept leaking, and when I had them replaced the roofer found all sorts of shoddy work. The opening in the roof was too large to

Complete garbage of a builder. Went under contract and it was over 7 months before I was able to close on the condo. They couldn't get the certificate of occupancy for the building and that's clearly because the city kept coming out and flagging issues. I've continued to have issues with gas leaks and currently have yet another plumber out here cutting into my wall to figure out the source of the leak. Washington Gas has turned off the gas for the entire building inconveniencing all 40 units to figure out what's going on. I've lived in this condo for four years and have

Agree with Scott B. They provide no customer service to you after your purchase. Emails and calls go unanswered and unreturned. Their buildings are not a high quality and the builder Jim Wurzel is the worst. We had a problem with a unit and he was slow to impossible to get to return calls or emails. Like he just didn't care, not that he was too busy. I'll never buy new construction again.

Steer clear of this agency. Once you sign and close on the purchase they disappear. No warranty on defective workmanship on brand new construction.

I would run from any property they touched. Purchased a home they renovated only to find out they didn't renovate or build according to city codes. Found out the hard way the developer was required to waterproof the foundation and they didn't! No French drain or waterproofing of foundation in any way in spite of city requirements. A year later and I'm still suffering the consequences.
