Jeff Lockard and Andrew Smith are consummate real estate professionals and we cannot recommend them highly enough for selling a home. They worked as a team to guide us through the listing process from afar, and went above and (way) beyond at every stage--from helping to line up contractors to finish small projects, to ensuring our home was staged meticulously and that the photos and videos captured the unique details of our home. Selling a home can be a tremendously stressful process, but not with Lockard + Smith.

I worked with Andrew (Andy) on my first home purchase. He was exceptional, thorough and a lot of fun to work with. Andy made a seemingly daunting process in a HIGHLY competitive market much easier and enjoyable. It was my first rodeo, so I was facing a bit of a learning curve and a fairly tight timeline. He guided me every step of the way, was extremely savvy, flexible and always made himself available. These gentlemen are the most responsive, professional, hardworking realtors in DC. We sold three properties with Jeff and Andrew and purchased one condo.
