I had a fantastic experience working with Ben, and wholeheartedly recommend him. Ben searched for houses that fit our criteria, and he had access to listings and info that we could not have otherwise seen. He showed us many properties, and often pointed out things that we never would have noticed. He was very patient with our search.

We bought a house with Ben Puchalski and have only good things to say. Some wild situations came up on the seller side and Ben guided us through the process expertly. I bought a DC condo with Ben Puchalski's help in 2018 and had such a good experience I came back and bought a house with him in June 2020. He is professional, honest, knowledgeable, and patient. Even when my 2018 hunt required dozens of viewings and my budget was low, he walked me through my first purchase and made it easy. Instead of just going for the sale, he pointed out issues that I would never have noticed and even tried to talk me down from over bidding when he didn't think the property was worth it. Ben and the team really are excellent. For me, it’s hard to sell your house and buy a house. But - Ben will walk you through it. He also tailors the strategy to you and your actual needs. For example, you might want some restrictions on showing your house so you don’t have to “live in a showroom.” Ben will work with you so that you can focus on living your life and making the big picture decisions about the home you want.

Ben eclipsed the great job he did 10 years ago purchasing my Capitol Hill rental property by helping me successfully get it ready for selling, and then market and sell it for asking price. He is a Washington DC fixture in the industry and has a broad and detailed understanding of property, location, and property appeal.

Buying a home for the first time can be both exciting and overwhelming with a limited budget and timeline. I have churned through realtors like hollywood actors do spouses. I have stuck with Ben because he brings substantial knowledge to the buying and selling process above and beyond just executing the transaction. I bought my current investment property with him as my realtor and am currently listing it with him as well. Ben is awesome! We moved cross country from California, which is a daunting task in terms of housing. We only had one visit to the area, but Ben showed us around and gave us an honest assessment of all the DC neighborhoods and areas in Montgomery County. I found my apartment in Arlington after Ben showed me around to several places. He was very helpful to narrow down options and extremely prompt with answering questions and scheduling to view apartments. Ben was my buyers agent when I purchased my first house. He was very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Prior to buying my house he emailed me new listings daily that fit my criteria, and some that did not (just in case). When he took me to see my house we were able to write the offer the first night the house came on the market and it was accepted the next day! In between writing the offer and closing he was always available and happy to answer any questions. My house was just reappraised and now worth significantly more than what I paid for, so I feel like what he recommended I offer was
