I went to this restaurant twice to pick up orders, and twice, the employees were not only lacking customer service, but they went out of their way to prove to me that customer service is out of the equation verbally.
During the first visit, an employee walked outside to hand me a pizza order to my car. This was the positive feature which could have made me give this restaurant five stars. We went back again after 2 previous trips with the worst service I have ever had. Extremely long waits from time of being sat down to being greeted. No refills, no pre-bussing, horrific service. The final visit was today - we were seated and after 8 minutes we left. Very sad because we support all local restaurants and we enjoyed Giros. We will never be back.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! Our first visit was by chance and we expected just your average pizza parlor. It’s anything but! Giro’s service and atmosphere is as fantastic as it’s food!!! I’ve been many times now and haven’t had anything I didn’t love! Everything is delicious 🤤 plus, All the staff are not only friendly, but warm, welcoming and So very helpful! I take all my out of Towners here as well as anyone I know 😄 ! We love Giros!!!! You won’t be sorry you tried it! 6 stars!!!

Honestly I am addicted to GiroPizza and Trattoria. Best thin crust pizza, with outstanding fresh toppings. My favorite dish though is the Pasta Puttanesca, oh and I love the eggplant parmigiana. Also make sure to watch for their special wine tasting night. They serve amazing food that you can't get on the regular menu. Oh yes try their meatball appetizer as well! YUMMO

As always Team Giro does not disappoint. The food is consistent and the staff friendly. You definitely by the feeling of family and not a chain. A shoutout to Maya, Ashley, Israel and the chefs and pizza guys. All this to say, if you are dining out in today’s world please be mindful that all restaurants are struggling and they need support they need staff so that they can take care of the customers this team does an amazing job. If you know anyone send them over there so they can get hired.

We came on a Friday night and were able to get a table with no reservation but they were very busy, so I would really suggest booking a table if you want to come in during Thursday - Saturday.
We decided to sit outside but I wouldn’t recommend it - even though it’s shaded and not too hot - there are lots of flies that are attacking your food the second it arrives.

A friend suggested we go to lunch at GiroPizza. Great suggestion. Good selection on the menu. Pizza was great. We also ordered the bruschetta sampler as an appetizer. Also very good. We had 4 kids with us. Server was accommodating to us and the kids. He was also very knowledgeable about the menu. This is always nice to see. It can be difficult to find good service.
Sorry I forgot to take pics. Was super excited about it and super hungry. This is a great place to bring the family or just have a girls lunch/dinner. They serve wine/beer. Please try this place out. Totally worth it. A little off

Love this place on a Sunday night. The food is fantastic. We bring two or three family to share family style. It a perfect ending to a weekend. Love the food and service.

I think we must have tried this for the first time on a bad night. It was not good. I ordered 2 pizzas, a fettuccine and 2 dessert pizzas. The pepperoni pizza was really greasy. The meatball was a little better. The crust was soft and chewy. The fettuccine was good, nice flavor.
Both dessert pizzas were inedible. They appeared both raw and chewy. We could not eat them. I tried cutting with a knife and still so hard to chew.
I see they have tons of good reviews, so, I'm not sure what happened with our food. I spent $74 and threw away most of the food. Very disappointed.

I went to this place last week because my husband and I drove by. Let me tell you that it was an amazing idea. We felt a little underdressed going in there, but we felt welcomed right away. I got the ravioli and he got the all you can eat pizza. We got an appetizer and dessert. Everything was delicious. I'm pregnant, so the next day, I'd course I was craving the ravioli again, it is literally the only thing I wanted. I called and they delivered. The next night for dinner, Giro's was all I could think about!! So my husband surprised me and made me so happy! We will be going back for

I will never know about this place. They claim they have to go orders online but they don't take orders only Tuesday-Thursday. I called them 9 times and always got an answering machine. Are they still open? I was willing to drive 16 minutes to try and support local Businesses but not one that cares little for their customers.

The Grand Opening was on Thursday, so today was their third day of business. As such, they did not have a liquor license, so they were only giving out samples. When they do get the license, they will only sell wine and beer.
If you had ever been to Fogo de Chão or Texas de Brazil, this place has a similar concept. Rather than skewers of meat and poultry, the staff brings out trays of pizza. Depending on the pizza, the slices are either thin or regular. Some are standard like the Quattro Formaggi (aka Four Cheese) while others are unique like the Gamberi which has a chipotle mayo and shrimp topping
