This is one serious inspection and an extremely important one that will provide you with everything you need to know about your potential new home. Pools in the summer are fun, repairs, not so much. A thorough True North pool inspection looks at all the components of the pool from decking, interior finish, jets and drains and electrical systems.

Paul has inspected four of my homes. He is very observant, and thorough, he has never missed an issue or problem when inspecting my previous homes. He is very thorough and observant. Paul has found things other contractors have missed, and he is very educated and skilled. Would never trust someone else to do the quality of work he does. Read a review that said he was Picky, and gave him a low rating. When Choosing an inspector you want a Picky inspector. Synonym for Picky is particular, and Paul is very particular with his work, doing his best at all times. Thank you Paul for your GREAT work!

Paul was able to set our inspection date on short notice, complete it very thoroughly and in an easy to understand way, and make sure we were 100% informed about the home we were looking at. Fortunately, we found issues other inspection services May have missed. Paul save us thousands of dollars and headaches. We will definitely use True North for our next inspection, and recommend that you do as well.
