I wanted a home inspection prior to putting my house on the market in Tucson. I was coordinating from home in Portland. Evan from Proview was responsive and flexible to schedule quickly. I spoke with Evan after the inspection and we went through the inspection in detail. Within two days I had a summary and complete report (81 pages) with explanations and photos. Timely, complete, responsive. Also helped with a tradesman contact. Thanks.

I really appreciated the things Allan pointed out. I also appreciate the fact that he didn't "mansplain" anything to me or my 85 year old mother. He was thorough and specific. He pointed out where things might need repaired versus replaced, and also warned where we should not let anyone convince us to spend more money than we should. I know enough about it, that I felt like I could absolutely trust what he was saying.

I recently was a victim of this companies scathing review of my home. The inspector made comments regarding the electrical panel when he was not an electrician and clearly did not know what he was talking about. He stated "A breaker is serving two circuits, which could overload the circuit". The licensed electrician I hired said the inspector was incorrect and the breaker was approved for two circuits. The inspector also said he could not determine if the panel was grounded. The electrician laughed at this comment and pointed to the very obvious grounding wire.

Evan Carrillo did an excellent job with our home inspection. He showed up early and was very thorough and professional. He took the time to walk us around and explain everything he was noting in the report and even gave us some home maintenance tips. He was also a very nice guy.
