I have been a licensed home inspector in Arizona and inspecting houses full-time since 2015. I inspect homes in the greater Tucson area including Marana, Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and Green Valley. I am a certified ASHI home inspector. ASHI is the American Society of Home Inspectors, the most respected professional association for home inspectors in North America.

Alex's company was recommended to me by a friend who just bought a house. I was very happy with Alex's inspection on a home which I am buying. He communicated very well with me before and after the inspection, with emails, reminders, and video explanation of what we should do during the pre-inspection. He gave me a very detailed written report on top of a verbal summary after the job was completed. In the written Report, pictures and narratives of the issues of concerns were presented very clearly with recommendations/suggestions to deal with them. The advices are very professional and target 🎯
