Arizona born and bred! Mike Carnes our Professional home inspector graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Geography and Regional Development/Economics. Mike has been in and around construction his entire life and at an early age Mike was working on construction crews lead by his father.
Upon purchasing a home Mike realized what a benefit having a home inspection was and how valuable a professional and respectful inspector is to his buying and negotiating power. In our search for our home again in Tucson, we were referred to an Inspection Company that has a great reputation. So, we hired Mr. Mike Carnes from Recon Property Inspection, LLC for a single family home inspection and was very pleased with his knowledge, skills and abilities to advise us on the explanations of each inspection items as he inspected and gave us the information needed for the repair or replacement. Mr. Carnes also informed us of any future maintenance issues that were not part of the written inspection but for our own information. We are highly recommending Mr. Carnes of Recon Property
