Services
The High Road Program, Inc. was founded in 1976 as one of the first organizations to provide education and counseling services to individuals arrested for driving under the influence in California.
High Road began expanding its services in the mid-1980's to include misdemeanor drug diversion, domestic violence and anger management counseling services, federal DOD/DOT substance abuse program (SAP) service, as well as rehabilitation services for parolees.

The High Road Program, Inc. [HIGH ROAD] offers multiple types of alcohol and drug abuse counseling and education in both Los Angeles and Riverside counties. Most of these services are provided to individuals referred by the Court, Department of Motor Vehicles, County Probation, or State Parole Agency.

I had an awesome experience with the High Road Program. I was blessed to have the coolest counselor ever (Joe) who was such an encouragement to me. He always made class interesting so that it wasn't burdensome, and has a powerful testimony of how God brought him out of darkness. His words resonated with me and I am so grateful to have met him. Also, Greg and Sally were very nice and welcoming. Nathaniel at reception does a great job too. God bless this program

The High Road Program definitely was an experience for my 1st offense. Greg Burks the director of the program alongside his staff members Rodney, Sally, and Mercedes for being so helpful through this whole process to complete this program successfully. This program really helped me as an individual for my own self realizations about my own character. It also helped me realize that life is much more beautiful when you leave substances behind you. Forever grateful to everyone there at the program!

So it looks like my stalkers are all coming from Gary Keller and the people that fund producers.
I am not sure of this organization at all. I remember being forced into a program by my now-ex-husband during our divorce for anger issues so he could use it in court. His company and friends have a lot of money to throw around so paying off police and places such as this is NO object. I am a gang stalking victim even today. They use 12 step stalking, narcissistic abuse, complete with flying monkeys.
I remember one woman who was being beaten by her boyfriend. She came in bloody and bruised head

The High Road program was instrumental and very thoroughly helpful in learning everything that I needed to do and get to making better decisions. The program is well thought and full of helpful support not only by the instructors but also a great group of strangers coming together for better life. The staff were profesional and really helpful.

Juan Martinez and Teresa are super helpful with guiding me throughout my 3 month alcohol program . Juan was patient and very helpful throughout my program in which I am all done now .
The program is easy to follow and it's truly a way to help with an problems you might have with the law and with any personal addictions.
I am happy to say if I ever find myself in trouble again I will be going back to the High road program in Pasadena.

This place is awesome they really help you I don't know why that other person said that they were Crooks they truly truly try to listen to your story and really help you so basically I just want to understand why that woman was lying and saying stuff about her son that's not true I've been here for on and off about like 2 months and I really like it so you'll need to stop

I honestly can't say enough good things about this program. They might be tough and show a little tough-love but that's because the courts expect things to go by the book.
What's great about this program is everyone is treated equally, there's no nepotism or any non sense. They're here to help you get what you need to get done, DONE.
Candy, Timber, Daryn(Darren?), Antonio, Cynthia(Cyndi, you're the best) and many other GREAT people work here. They care about you succeeding in this program.
Thank you guys. You help make insane situations seem a little more sane.

What a bunch of crooks! My son was taking court ordered classes at High Roads. He completed 10 of the 52 classes and then had to stop because he had to move out of county. He told them at the time why he needed to stop going there and that he was intending on completing the classes in the new county. They didn't give him any paperwork or advise him of what needed to be done to get his file transferred.
Fast forward, unfortunately the court paperwork wasn't written up correctly and didn't show approval of the transfer, so my son thought he had to continue taking classes in LA County

High road is cool . Everyone that works here is very mellow and easy to talk to . They are always flexible with payments and rescheduling. I've been trying to figure out what air fresheners they use here because the smell is pretty strong like raspberries. Its one of those smells that will forever remind you of dui school. The program is easy peasy , thwres no homework or assignments, just show up with a decent attitude and if the teacher is in a good mood they'll let you go early .
